I was lucky because I booked this hotel just 2 days before check-in after another site canceled me twice. This hotel is in good location. Clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazingly central location that still managed to be quiet. We liked being able to use the “breakfast” kitchen to store our groceries and make our other meals. Room was huge!

Very Clean and excellent breakfast
The room and bath was very clean. The staff was very helpful in providing suggestion of good restaurants and tour information. The breakfast selection was excellent, more items than others. In addition, the location great.

Great stay in Florence center!
My boyfriend and I had a great time staying at this hotel! It was in an amazing location with close walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this hotel for a cozy stay in Florence!

Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Great location in a quiet area with access to all the main attractions in Florence. Andrea was awesome. He was so attentive and helpful in so many ways. Gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to see / do. We arrived with a late check in due to flight delays. He was very responsive and made sure to have someone there when we arrived. He was such a nice host and always made sure everything was going ok. I would return and stay with Andrea in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous boutique B&B in the heart of Florence. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and there were more than enough options to satisfy. The hosts were lovely and were more than happy to offer recommendations, and couldn't be more eager to help with anything we needed. Whole heartedly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at B&B San Remigio. The location was perfect very central to everything we wanted to do. It was about 15 min walk to the station. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the balcony was especially nice in the morning and at night after the sun went down. My boyfriend had 2 recommendations- one, add some fresh fruits and vegetables to breakfast and two, add a couple additional pillows to the beds. Otherwise, this was a perfect place and we will be happy to come back!

This was defiitely one of the best places my husband and I stayed during our 2 week trip to Italy. The hotel was clean and modern, but still had the "old world feel" that I was looking for. The AC was great (and much needed), and the common terrace was perfect for a late night drink. Breakfast was good as well, but we were even more excited to see that the neighboring streets were line with some of the best panini shops in Florence! Most importantly, Andrea was friendly, accomodating, and always ready to offer help or suggestions! I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

The B and B suited our requirements perfectly. Good location, staff are very friendly and helpful. With only 6 rooms, you got to know your fellow guests. Breakfast was simple but good and plentiful. The kitchen is available for your use if you wanted to prepare your own meals. We would return in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend this B&B and would stay again.
B&B was well located in a quiet street but close to the centre of the city and all the attractions. Really convenient to walk anywhere from the B&B. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Our hosts Andre and Simone were very helpful and most pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Very nice outside terrace area to relax and catch the sun. Continental breakfast was very good.

Great local hotel just off the centre with decorative high ceilings and wooden shutters. Room was large and very well presented with a well stocked breakfast every day - excellent coffee! Only negatives were noise from the street which was a little intrusive even with windows closed and the shower area was a little tired in our room.

This B and B has very large, open, clean rooms. It is on a small one way street just off a main road so it was very quiet at night. Very well located, easy ten minute walk to most Florence sites. Also easy walking distance to many good restaurants at a good price. Simon was very helpful and pleasant. The most pleasant experience was buying a local pizza and wine and enjoying dinner on the outdoor patio. The swifts came out and danced around the rooftops as evening fell. Also there is a laundromat only a five minute walk away, so very convenient. The breakfast was very good with more variety than most, with fresh bread, pastries, eggs, cereal as well as a German breakfast with meats and cheeses.

Great hotel in Venice!
This is a great, clean, quiet hotel in Venice! It is within walking distance to everything, and has great service with a good breakfast. The two ladies at the front desk were so helpful, courteous, and gave great recommendations for site seeing and food! I would highly recommend this hotel and stay there again if I go back to Venice.

Value for money and good sized immaculately clean room, reasonable breakfast, great service. Only setback was the room I had on the street was a bit noisy when the party people come home late at night. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating!
