The staff weren't overly friendly. The bathtub had a "curly" hair in it, so I question the cleanliness. The breakfast was good and hot, which was nice.

It’s fine, same as most La Quintas you ever stay at. This one a little cleaner than others, staff were quite efficient in moving the people in and out, breakfast area maintained very well, constant refreshing of foods, and tables cleaned. Would stay her again.

Had a super nice weekend, check out and we're charged $250 for a smoking fee, when neither of us smoke at all. I called and they would do nothing about it. Im very very upset, I was not anticipating spending so much more. I will not be staying bere ever again.

Tried to check in at 5, and was told rooms were not available until 8 pm! When I asked why they didn’t have rooms available at check-in time, they said they don’t care to make guests wait. We didn’t even bother to stay because it was obvious the nightmare would just get worse if we did. $200 I will never get back

We booked a king bed through Expedia and when we checked in all we got was a Queen bed. Washroom in room had mold and rust stains around the shower. Our room was not touched by cleaning staff for the 3 days we were there ! When I inquired at the front desk they said rooms are not cleaned till after the 4th day of a stay ! Absolutely ridiculous and would recommend this place to anyone.

We reserved a room weeks ahead and even confirmed 2 hours prior to arrival and when we got there the front desk said they are cancelling all reservations due to no house keeping and the manager didn’t even show up either. It was late and we had no other reservation or place to stay. Will not take that chance again. They didn’t not even offer any compensation or assistance. Very very disappointed.

Had pre-paid our stay through Expedia, arrived at the hotel and was a bit struck by the people hanging around the lobby. Check in went smoothly went to our assigned room opened the door to see the room in absolute disarray and a woman laying on the bed watching tv. Went back to the front desk and told them about the room, upon looking into it the guest who was in the room and was supposed to have checked out was still occupying the room. My question was how could have house keeping not notified the front desk that the room was still occupied. As it turned out there was no house keeping and there was no clean rooms available which the other people in the lobby were waiting for. Expedia was awesome, I contacted them immediately explained the situation they contacted the hotel while I was standing and provided a full refund. Booked another hotel through Expedia and had a good stay without incident. Felt bad for the young ladies at the front desk as they were trying their best under difficult circumstances but I would avoid this La Quinta at any cost when visiting Fargo.

I was traveling alone, but watched a father/daughter be pretty sad to find out the pool was closed. Also, the hallway to the west wing is a bit shady. Some garbage and cigarette butts around. But room was great/clean. Could clearly hear everything my neighbor said and watched on TV though.

We were looking forward to staying here after a long day of travel. We have 2 kids who were looking forward to the pool which is one of the reasons we chose here. On check in there was a sign saying it was closed. The front desk staff said it's been closed for a long time. I suggested they put that on their website so people who are picking their establishment based on the pool knew that. The woman checking us in was incredibly rude and was eating her supper at her computer which was chili. The entire front desk area smelled of her food and it's highly unprofessional. It's a shame as the rest of the hotel is nice enough however we would never stay here again nor will we recommend it. Customer service goes a long way as does some honesty.

The hotel smelled good and the room was clean and comfortable. The 4th floor elevator button worked sometimes. We had to walked down to the 3rd floor to get on the elevator several times. The pool was out of commission.

The bushes around property are filled with trash. Some appears to have been lodged in the bushes for some time. The biggest disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were not open for use. We were not told this ahead of time.
