I love that I can walk right out to the beach, I like that I can walk to the front and easily get transportation, I like that information for the excursions are easily accessible to sign up for. I just love it all. It was an amazing experience. The pictures look better in person <3

Ocean Coral Spring and Ocean Eden Bay are both literally perfect, from the customer service, the food, the facilities, the amenties, the rooms and everything that this property has to offer is truly 10/10 all across the board! I will definitely be returning very soon as I feel like over the 14 days me and my wife stayed there it felt more and more like home as the days went by. We simply didn't want to leave. Our experience was surely one for the books and I'll forever recommend this hotel to anyone who's in for an amazing time in Jamaica.

The property is nice, I dont like the room service, have to call few time to get the service, not always answer the phone call, I called to check the AC and nobody went, untill a day after with a wrong information

Firstly when I checked in the room wasn't cleaned properly, there were Garbage filled in the drawers from the previous guests, the bottles in the bathroom wasn't refilled... Dinner hmmmmm to get in a resturant was horrible even tho you didn't need a reseravation the workers made it so hard for you to get something to eat.. I'm a regular traveler, I travel 4 or 5x a year and this is the utmost worst experience... On the good side i must big up UROY bellboy omggg he was so helpful, plus Nadesha the bartender in the lobby omgg she held down the bar well, very pleasant and hardworking those two workers deserve 5stars oops how can I 4get Cornell hardworking bartenders... One of the main problems this place have is SHORT STAFFED... These workers are overwhelmed... P.S 1st resort I've been to that charges for a beer $5US for a corona and $4 red bull... that's crazy.. Entertainment suckkks .. In the Sovereign shop charges taxes on items hmmm plus $1US for a bag to put your things in crazy

This was the best resort i have ever been to. Me and my wife celebrated our honeymoon and they upgraded our room for free. We will definitely be coming back here again. We had so much fun we didn’t want to leave

We loved the resort. The staff were very nice & courteous. The property was well kept and staff cleaned throughout the day. The music was amazing and the staff ensured we had a great time. As for the food, it wasn’t great. I genuinely thought the food would have a bit more flavorful. After a few days at the resort, I fell in love with the Red Snapper restaurant. By the way, although I don’t drink coffee, there is a coffee shop there and their pastries are delicious.

The room was lovely and the property was beautiful and clean. They have several restaurant options but I think they can improve on their menu selection. However, the staff was courteous and helpful and we had a good time.

Beautiful stay. Beach sand a little harsh on the soles, but the water calm and perfect depth for little ones. Thats”’s why I plan to bring them back with me next year!

Very nice resort. Pool was nice and big and loved the entertainment during the day. Restaurant options were good and not a long wait. Small beach and it had alot of rocks. There was not too much to do at night. It had a nice kid water park too. I would stay again.

The resort is really nice and convenient but the staff in many restaurants and amenities are very rude and nasty as if they don’t want to be there or work. Definitely need to train staff better before hiring. Experienced many bad moments due to the lack of professionalism of the staff. Would not be booking at this resort anymore.
