The hotel advertised itself as having a heated pool. Upon arrival it was clear the pool had been empty for months or longer, and, was not at all noted in any correspondence or brochure that the pool wasn't available.

Not what I expected!
We just needed a place to sleep for our road trip, but the hotel was very old and outdated. The wall paper is peeling off the walls. Again it was ok for a quick rest, but I would not recommend to stay in it. Breakfast was included and it was very nice.

Short stay
The hotel had a very clear sign an ample parking, the rooms were well shaded and clean although the lighting was good. Hotel facilities were adequate and there was always seating available around the pool where ample snacks were offered. The food was brilliant with the €22.00 set menu

A nice hotel for a beach holiday
The hotel is a bit dated, but if you are lucky enough to get a room with a view of the Adriatic [as I did], it is worth it. As is typical with this region in Italy, everything is on a hill, and walking to the hotel from the train station is easy, but there is a bit of a climb at the end. The breakfast is typical Italian - no hot food other than coffee. The room and bathroom are larger than most standard hotel rooms and it was very functional - you could work from it if you needed to. If you are going to Falconara for the beach with family, esp. kids, then this hotel is a good choice. It's family run, family oriented, and the service is very good.

Good for one night stay
The hotel is situated in a remote neighborhood, quite not easy to find and get to. The area is not very appealing too. The hotel is comfortable, clean, a bit out dated. Service OK.

When we arrived the room wasn’t cleaned, it had dirty towels and rubbish on the floor. We received an apology. Then at night the fire alarm went off twice!! Not a great experience especially if you are travelling with a child.

Pleasant stay at Hotel Touring.
Comfortable and clean room, very helpful and kind staff, rich and tasty breakfast, beautiful view of the sea from the hotel located in the upper part of the towm. Approx. 15 minutes walk from railway station.

Good location ,less than a ten minute easy walk to the beach . The area is surprisingly quiet at night given it is in the middle of a very populated area. Ample free parking is a big bonus in that city. The rooms are very clean with basic comfort. The restaurant gets very crowded in the evening, food is excellent and staff is very professional, they all appear to speak good English. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

Language barrier was difficult, as don’t speak Italian. Also the bar service from 2 particular older men was very poor , not much of a holiday hotel , as I felt pouring us a drink in the evening was a chore, it’s my 3rd and not sure whether to stay again the rest of the staff are fantastic!

Not what I expected
Hotel is not easy to find by foot. Arrived and checked in fine. Requested a taxi from the hotel that ended up being very early which cost me extra. Hotel serves a dinner that wasnt anything special. Room was ok, Ive been in better. TV cable/satellite didnt work. Overnight attendant was patronizing when I needed to get that taxi and leave for my flight. Check elsewhere

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per via del mare molto vicino...invece per nostro dispiacere, arrivati sul posto ci hanno detto che non si poteva fare il bagno per via del problema fognario...quindi ogni giorno per andare al mare abbiamo fatto un 30 km tra andata e ritorno..spesa non prevista ovviamente...una sola sera cenato al ristorante dell'hotel e non ci è piaciuto molto la grigliata e nemmeno le verdure scotte e già condite...cosa strana perché normalmente te le dovrebbe portare scondite... personalmente non tornerei in questo posto..

Dopo un intoppo al check-in per incongruenza della camera assegnata rispetto a quella effettivamente prenotata, è andato tutto secondo le aspettative. Si tratta di un albergo "d'appoggio" un po' datato, di poche pretese, con rapporto qualità-prezzo sufficientemente adeguato. Colazione a buffet italiana abbastanza varia. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione della clientela. Buonissima la disponibilità e la cortesia dimostrate dalla maggior parte del personale. Da rivedere materassi, cuscini e biancheria ed in generale la cura nella pulizia delle camere. Consiglio di variare le tipologie di camera esistenti, magari differenziandole tra economy / standard / superior oltre che in base alla tipologia di letto (se matrimoniale o 2 letti singoli uniti) per non deludere le aspettative della clientela.
