Welcome to our stunning apartment, located within one of the best-established beachside developments on the coast. This spacious apartment offers a total area of 184m², plus a large terrace for outdoor enjoyment. The apartment also includes an underground garage with lift access.

The beach is just a minute away from the apartment, and residents of phase 6 of the complex have exclusive access to a large communal swimming pool, which is just a few steps away. The pool area features ample sun decks with sunbeds and sun umbrellas for your comfort.

The beach at Costalita offers excellent facilities, including the La Antigua Beach Restaurant and Bar and Pepe's Beach, a typical Spanish-style chiringuito serving food from breakfast until late. Entertainment, such as flamenco shows and live music. The La Padierna Beach Club Restaurant, a 5-star venue, is just a few minutes walk away, along with a paddle tennis club.

Most local amenities are within walking distance or a short drive. A convenience store is just a 5-minute walk away for basic groceries and necessities. The larger Mercadona supermarket is a 5-minute drive on the opposite side of the road. Nearby areas like Cancelada and Belair offer a wide selection of restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, and hairdressers.

Fantastic setting close to beach

Very comfortable apartment with lovely outdoor dining areas. Set in beautiful grounds with a large pool, providing ample sun beds. Secure underground parking. Great location - short stroll to beach and easy access by car to Marbella and Estepona

Estancia agradable y tranquila

El apartamento estaba muy cuidado y el sitio agradable y tranquilo, al lado de la playa y con una buena piscina comunitaria. Urbanización un poco retirada de Estepona con lo que un coche es bastante necesario sobre todo para hacer compra. Hemos disfrutado mucho el tiempo que hemos estado. Los dueños muy atentos y la relación con ellos buena.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt in einem toll angelegten Gartenpark (wunderschön) direkt am Strand. Am Strand gibt es eine tolle Promenade. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und angenehm temperiert. Wir hatten Glück dass durch Corona Zeit kaum etwas los war. Mit normalem Tourismus wäre es schon etwas voll gewesen bestimmt. Am Strand gibt es direkt auch ein sehr tolles Restaurant mit Strandliegen. In der Wohnung ist Grundausstattung für Waschen und Küche ist komplett vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappt problemlos und sie kümmert sich direkt in alle Belange.

The apartment is in a great location & has everything you need for your holiday. You will need a car to get into Estepona or be prepared to take taxis. We had a car so it was fine. We very much appreciated being met by Brian at 12.30am for our late check in. The beach is a 5 min walk through beautiful gardens.
