It is the second time I stay in SPA Termes Carlemany, because I find it perfect for a short stay in Andorra. Has spa and it is close to shops. Moreover, it has an excellent restaurant and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the service it provides and I count on staying again in my next trip to Andorra.

The hotel is very old and does not smell nice, needs a renovation not a 4 stars and not even close. Not worth it the high price at all

All is well at the Carlemany, great people, in for a chat, warm and welcoming. Upon arrival you can park near the front door and unload the luggage, to park the vehicle 100 meters up the road in a locked parking place. If you are travelling by motorcycle, the parking lot is a bit of a challenge, as the card reader to open the door is on a steep slope. The rest, marvellous!

My cousin and I booked a twin bedS room At Carlemany hotel . Each bed is really small. ( fell out of bed last nite haha) Hotel is located in Main Street . Even window closed it is noisy til midnite and starts again at 6 am. Bring ur ear plugs Gym,pool are closed ( I rented this SPA hotel to work out :-( Breakfast is great and staff very good I won’t come back

Rooms with a view !!!
I arrived out of season to a warm greeting followed by a more than adequate room. The town its self was a bit quite as it was out of season so I settled for dinner at the hotel what a result !! 3 courses for 16 euros the food was good especially the Jambon starter which I would highly recommend overall a good hotel to stay.

Great except for pricey breakfast!
Wonderful place, a little out of the way which is what we wanted, about 10 minutes outside of Arles. Great pool, relaxing, good service. The ONLY downside was breakfast. Since it's out of the ways, you'd think that breakfast would be included but it isn't, fine. But a whopping 16 Euros per person....not worth it at all! And they don't tell you this until you're ready to check out. When you check in they tell you just about everything else, including the breakfast hours but they forget the minor detail of the 16 Euro breakfast. And no wi-fi in the rooms, only in the lobby.

Hemos estado 4 personas alojadas un fin de semana usando dos habitaciones. El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable y profesional todo el tiempo. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción la primera noche, nos dejaron una estufa de manera provisional y al día siguiente lo solucionaron. Las camas no eran cómodas, los colchones eran demasiado duros y no hemos podido descansar plenamente. Todo estaba muy limpio.

En general la estancia fue buena a pesar de pequeños detalles que se podrían mejorar como el jacuzzi que no funcionaba (resolvieron el problema y no nos cobraron el spa), nuestras plaza de parking fue ocupada por otro vehículo, al tener un coche grande no cabíamos en otras plazas que eran mas pequeñas, finalmente se solucionó. Al ser nuestro aniversario tuvieron un detalle y nos ofrecieron una botella de cava de cortesía. Calidad precio buena!

Hotel agradable. Ubicación alejada de la zona habitual de compras. Sólo parking exterior, separado del establecimiento y de precio algo elevado (si llegas más tarde de las 17:00 h. sale más económico el parking municipal). El SPA que aparece incluido en el precio de la habitación seleccionada, ya no es así. Tras justificarlo con la copia impresa de la reserva se nos incluyó.
