Overall it was good. I only stayed a day so there’s not much to elaborate to really know and read the environment if I would have stayed longer.

I had a room at the end of the hall forwards the street. There was a lot of traffic noise entering a balcony door poorly sealed. Heater worked great

Al momento del check in me dijeron que mi adolesxentes de 12 a 17 años son considerados como adultos y cuando hice la reaeevacion por Expedia no me enseño esa opcion. Aparte, en el hotel no me dijeron que el desayuno era limitado a una opcion. No le veo problema de pagar si me lo dicen al momento de la reservacion. Pero no me gusto la atencion del hotel. Asegurence con el hotel antes de hacer una reservacion

Buen día,Lamentamos que haya tenido confusión en relación a nuestros servicios.Al momento de reservar puede verificar que de 0-11 años se consideran como niños y de 12 en adelante ya como adultos, usted llegó con una reservación pagada al 100% con ocupación total de 4 personas, la tarifa se le respeto y no se le cobró nada extra ya que la ocupación máxima es de 4 adultos y un menor, la tarifa hubiese sido la misma si fueran 1-2 personas menos o incluso un menor más (0-11 años).En relación a los alimentos estos NO están incluidos dentro de la tarifa, nosotros ofrecemos servicio a través de dos opciones a elegir para alimentos, uno más limitado que el otro y por consiguiente varían en costos. Si estas dos opciones limitadas no son de su agrado con gusto puede ordenar a carta abierta en nuestro restaurante.Esperamos nos pueda visitar nuevamente!PD: ningún servicio extra está incluido en la tarifa. Se tiene la opción de agregarlo al reservar o hacerlo directamente en nuestras instalaciones.

Our hotel room was nice and beds were comfortable, the hotel is walking distance from the shops restaurants and the beach. Staff were very nice and the area is not noisy. I would definitely stay here again.

I will like to have a coffee maker ., I had to get up get dress go to the restaurant for a cup of coffee when I could just stay comfortable in my room and drink a cup of coffee
