The duplex apartment is fully furnished and very modern.

It consists of 4 light-flooded bedrooms distributed on two levels.
These are each equipped with a double bed. On both floors there is a modern bathroom.

The bathroom on the lower level has a shower, in the upper part of the bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a bathtub, a washing machine, a dryer and enough space for a clothes horse.

In our stylish living room you reach the 40 sqm terrace. There you have a view of the whole Eisenach as well as the landmark of the city, the Wartburg.

In addition, the kitchen American style, which also has access to the terrace, invites you to a cozy get-together. In the very high quality equipped kitchen lovers of cooking can get their money.

Eisenach offers a lot of attractions and beyond, especially on the southern edge of the city, beautiful nature and many hiking trails. Sights such as the Bach House and the Luther House, for example, are within walking distance in 15 minutes.

No more than five minutes on foot you need to Burschenschaftsdenkmal. From there you finally have the agony of choosing which of the many hiking trails you want to hit. Over the Rennsteig to Budapest or only on a flying visit to the landmark of our city, the UNESCO World Heritage Site the Wartburg.

Südstadtvilla

Wir waren sieben Erwachsene. Nach jeder Mahlzeit muss man die Spülmaschine anmachen, weil sonst das Geschirr oder Besteck nicht reicht aber es ist ja kein Problem bei so vielen Menschen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren über das Pfingstwochenende dort mit der Großen Familie und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum und die Lage Top. Die Bilder sind lediglich etwas verwirrend im Inserat, da die Wohnung renoviert wurde und die Bilder zum Teil nicht mehr aktuell sind. Falls wir nochmal nach Eisenach Reisen kann ich mir sehr gut vorstellen wieder diese Wohnung zu buchen

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten auf Grund der Lage der Wohnung alle Ausflugsziele schnell erreichen. Die Stadt mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants ist in circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Bäder und Ausstattung der Wohnung, lediglich die Betten waren etwas unbequem. Trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt für einen Kurz trip. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ideal für einen ruhigen Jahreswechsel mit Freunden!

Wir 3 Paare verbrachten Silvester in dieser gut ausgestatteten Maisonette Wohnung. Die Lage der Villa ist in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend. Am intensivsten nutzten wir den vorhandenen Kamin. Vermisst haben wir nur einen Kleiderschrank in einem der oberen Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten empfehlen wir die Wohnung weiter!

Sehr schönes Weinachtsmarktwochendende in toller Unterkunft

Einfach traumhaft!

Die sehr gepflegte, neu zurecht gemachte Wohnung ist perfekt für eine mittelgroße Gruppe. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend schön und es ist wundervoll ruhig! Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht und sich erhofft. Es lohnt sich! Man ist schnell im Wald, aber auch schnell in der Stadt.
