I am a bit shocked and confused to see that this story continues to change each time we have had a conversation. It would appear you failed to mention that our on-site staff, Claudia came to assist you, and changed your bed sheets and comforter, and even offered you to be moved to a new room for the inconvenience, and when I (at the front desk) saw the picture, it was a single, short hair. You also didn't mention how I went on to explain that I requested to see any photos for verification as part of our policy and management, and had stated that the sheets and comforter are changed every time, every day after use from our housekeeping team, and at times, through the wash, there might still be cling from it, at which point, we have no problem owning it and apologizing for the error on our part. You also seem to have forgotten to mention that when you raised concerns for your patio door not working, I had our maintenance technician go look that over for you who was able to show you that there was a safety lock feature on the door for children, and show you how to use the door properly, which indeed, the door does still work great. As per the DATCP (Department of Agriculture Trade, and Consumer Protection) in Wisconsin, the hot tub is to be held between 102 and 104 degrees each day for proper and safe use for its participants, and it is advised that participants do not sit in the pool longer than 10 minutes for health precautions. I would offer to earn your business back, as we did by giving you almost 100 in credit with a bottle of wine, 2 sweatshirts, and a few other things but considering that even with our efforts to make you happy, and work with you, and even ask you each day how your stay was going, you replied, "Doing great," and so forth, with no further mention of a ghost, I would say the review you gave us was premeditated.
