Property was as advertised with an amazing view and plenty of relaxing spaces. Ping pong and pool tables were highly utilized and the kitchen was perfect for feeding a large group. Would definitely recommend.

Christmas Gathering
Our extended family gathered in this beautiful location for three nights during the Christmas holidays. The house was well appointed with plenty of space for our group of 18. We hope to return in the future.

Great Place+Wonderful Stay=Fantastic Family Memories
What I wanted out of this familial getaway was one last time for my two daughters and ALL their family members to be together for a special holiday experience. My oldest grand is a sophomore in college and the youngest became a teenager in August. All are extremely active and I suspect it will be increasing difficult to do this again...this time was my third attempt...and they say the third time is a charm. This beautiful home is HUGE, but cozy at the same time. That is, each age cluster can claim a special gathering spot, yet all of us could easily congregate for our Thanksgiving feast! In the evenings (or whenever the mood struck), the ladies were able to catch a chick flick, while the guys hunkered down for a college football marathon and the grands took over the game and theater rooms for X-box (bring your own) challenges, pool/ping pong tournaments as well as "HORSE" and other BB shootouts. Those who prefer "early-to-bed" and/or "early-to rise" were able to do so without issue. While their opposites could do their thing as long and as late as desired...I was surprised and pleased such was possible. I'll assume you have read earlier reviews & I have tried not to be repetitive. So, one thing I don't recall reading about this lakeside getaway is the property (i.e. both interior and exterior) provides fantastic setups for family/group photos...more than the obvious panoramic lake scenery. I would say more, but think I'll let you be as surprised as I upon arrival!

The Perfect Family Reunion!
My extended family had a wonderful vacation together in this beautiful home between Christmas and New Year's, and it was perfect for all of us! The house is gorgeous, well cared for, and has all the room we could hope for. With the pool table, ping pong table, and basketball game in the basement, we had a steady array of family tournaments to include all ages. The division of rooms is not well described, so here is more detail: Basement: Two bedrooms with king beds that share a large bathroom. One bedroom has lake view. Both bedrooms are very spacious. Main Floor: Master bedroom with king bed and large master bath; a full or queen bed in a converted office. This setup was perfect for my son who is disabled. Upstairs: To the left, Very large bedroom with king bed and large bathroom. To the right, three bedrooms that share a bathroom. The bunk room is accessed through a large room with a king bed and a trundle bed. It was easy for us to have kids in the shared room to use other bathrooms to even the use. All of the cousins loved having their own area. The owner was very accessible for communication, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. We could not have enjoyed our visit more. Thank you so much!!

Incredible Vacation
We brought two families together for Labor Day weekend - and even though it rained about 50% of the time - we could not have had a better experience. The dock was perfect for fishing, boating and socializing. The downstairs game room had a bar, ping pong tables, pool table and a huge television which was perfect for watching college football games. All of the games, furniture, etc - was in perfect condition. The kitchen was completely stocked and had room for all 10 of us to eat together, and there were enough bedrooms in this house to accommodate several more easily. The master bathroom literally reminded me of vacations we have taken at the Cloister at Sea Island. If it wasn't at least inspired from those rooms, I would be surprised. There are great views from many of the rooms. Overall, this was a 5-star experience - we would not have changed a thing. We hope to come back next year and in the future when we get a chance.
