Great service
Service was great and staff were accomodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and had a rwlaxing atmosphere.

High level of unprofessionalism.Poor service.
Wasted 3 hour trying to sort a misunderstanding between pavillion hotel and agent.I did recieve a confirmation that everything was in order because I booked two months before my stay.Disappoining,my booking was canceled at the last hour.I ended up crying alone in the reception area.I was late for the show.The matter was sorted after 3 hours of endless phone calls and unnecessary arguments.I was so hurt.Improve your communication skills between you and agents.

The hotel didn't have a back up generator very inconvenient due to daily loadshedding which affects all of S. Africa. The smart TV. is reliable on an effective WiFi, which unfortunately was not the case. Very frustrating.

Great place and location outside parking is not safe my mirror was removed from my car otherwise this place is was amazing

Pavilion hotel is you next holiday home
The hotel was soo clean,I was very satisfied with our room. The rooms were cleaned n linens changed on daily basis. We really enjoyed our stay there. To top it up the hotel is just a walk away from the beach.
