Our bathroom floor was dirty, and had hair (not ours!) on the floor and shower walls. The bathroom fan was obnoxious, and the toilet seat would not stay attached properly. The first floor smelled of cigarettes and our 2nd floor room smelled a bit musty. The AC worked well and was not noisy.

everything was just fine however management should have in there description of services that there is no elevator. I had surgery on my leg and was on the 2nd floor.
