Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by Aspen trees this Mid-Century Modern home will take your breath away.
The split level layout and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide ample space for up to 7 guests.
Upstairs you will find a large living area surrounded by windows and equipped with an antique record player that suits the Mid-Century feel of the room. This area is also open to the dining room and features direct access to the spacious outdoor patio. While the kitchen has additional seating, plus everything you will need to cook and dine during your stay.
The sprawling master bathroom has a king size bed, incredible closet space, designated work area and a private balcony overlooking the backyard. The charming, tiled bathroom has double sinks, a bath/shower combo and provides all the basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer and bath linens.
Downstairs is another large entertaining space with a television, large sofa, shelves of books, a foosball table and access to the backyard. There are also two more bedrooms and a secondary, modern bathroom with a stand alone shower.

Aspen View is located in the Woodland neighborhood near UMD. Nearby you can find some of our favorite neighborhood shops and restaurants like Mount Royal Grocery, Chilly Billy's Frozen Yogurt, Tavern on the Hill and Vanilla Bean Cafe. However, If you're looking for downtown experience don't worry this quiet neighborhood is just a 10 minute drive to Canal Park and Downtown Duluth.
Access: Accessing the house is super easy because there's a handy keypad located at the front entry, just use the unique codes provided in your reservation instructions and voila! You're in! Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests.
Parking: Parking is no problem at Aspen View as the large driveway accommodates multiple vehicles. However, street parking is NOT permitted in this area.
Guest Interaction: Our awesome guest service team is here to assist you from 8am to 9pm. If you have any questions or need anything, just give us a ring. You'll find our contact information in your booking confirmation. We'll primarily communicate through the booking platform and/or email, so keep an eye out for important check-in info. You'll receive all the details at 3pm on the day of your arrival. Check-in time is at 4pm. Check-out time is 10am. Feel free to reach out if you need anything else. Transit: While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;
3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.
6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.
7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
8. PETS a) Pets are not permitted at the Vacation Rental.
9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.
11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.
12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
