駅に近いホテル

•ユニオン駅(レッドライン、グリーンライン両方乗れる)から徒歩3分と近く、観光しやすい。・マクドナルド、24時間営業スーパーが近くにあり便利) ・ホテルの設備、朝食は二つ星として相応。但しホテルの価格から考えると残念。(ドバイのホテルは全体的に高い為)

I had a very bad service at hotel Panorama Deira Dubai.I paid for a family room but upon arriving there they gave me a single room for me and my family. The hotel is so noisy with noise from the night club downstairs. AC very noisy and hot.Poor service from the staff at the reception, they can take hours or days to respond to a request. Poor air circulation in the rooms.Cleaning hours of the rooms very irregular upon request. Bad hotel experience.

The hotel rooms were basic, but comfortable. Staff was very helpful. I wanted to change rooms after the first night to match my original request and they were accommodating. There was a slight smoky smell to the rooms and available ash trays. Breakfast was not really to my taste, but there are lots of restaurants near by. The noise from the street could be disturbing for some, but was not a big deal for me. Proximity to the metro station and price were the reasons I chose the place and I was not disappointed. I might stay there again.

Its an okay hotel near the metro station

The main problem was the the windows were badly fitted and were thin enough to hear every single bloody sound outside. There is a building under construction right next to this (20 meters away). They start their work at 6. I think only once i was able to sleep peacefully. Hotel was cheap and at good access point to a big metro station and a bus station. If locations matters to you more than sleep than this is the place for you! :D

Prime location hotel

The hotel is was at a prime location near Al-Riqqa street and right next to tube station. Food was nice and there are many other food options near the hotel

Budget hotel nabij winkelcentra.

Last van kakkerlakken was minder. Voor de prijs was dit een fijn verblijf. Personeel deed gemakkelijk wat gevraagd werd. Airco en douche waren gebrekkig.

Freezing cold room

Nearby construction site noise was disturbing at early hours in the morning. The air conditioning grill was directly above bed. Froze in bed during the two nights stay. Requested repeatedly for management to turn AC off which is remotely accessed on exterior of building as I was informed, but nothing happened.

Great location and old facilities.

Staff friendly and great location. And that's it. Old room, a really weird centralized ar conditioned (sometimes it was so cold and other times turned off) and also an old bathroom. Its ok for a couple of nights.

Zentral gelegen, aber etwas schmuddelig

Wir waren 3 Tage in Dubai (Stop-Over) und wollten ein zentral gelegenes Hotel ohne großen Komfort. Allerdings waren wir durchaus überrascht, wie niedrig der gebotene Standard war. Bad mit Schimmel, fleckige Betten und Teppiche und auch Saugen/Wischen wurde beim Reinigen des Zimmers offensichtlich "vergessen". Vielmehr hat man uns mehrfach auf Touren angesprochen, die man an der Rezeption buchen kann. Das war nervig. Positiv ist lediglich die Lage des Hauses, da man von hier aus das weitläufige Dubai sehr gut erkunden kann. Wer aber über die Sauberkeit hinwegsehen kann, für den ist das Hotel zu dem günstigen Preis empfehlenswert.

비행기를 놓치는 바람에 급하게 찾았던 호텔인지라 방이 있었다는 것은 무척이나 고마웠지만 시설은 돈이 많이 아까웠던 호텔이었습니다.

A little 'tired'' & worn down. Close to metro

I used the hotel as a stopover due to late arrival (midnight) to Dubai. The hotel is centrally located very close to Union Square and the Metro. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, but room and facilities a bit 'worn down'. In my opinion a fine 'budget' choice for a single night stay og budget accomodation.

Gutes und günstiges Hotel in Flughafennähe

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss. Sehr gutes und Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl im Preis inkludiert. Höfliche Angestellte und sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klima und LCD TV, der bei mir leider nicht funktionierte. WLAN mit gutem Empfang, auch im Zimmer um kleinen Aufpreis. Hotel ist nahe der U-Bahn und auch ein Super Markt ist gleich in der Nähe.

I had a wonderful stay at the panamora Deira Hotel. it was not too far from the main city center but I woul love the prices of the rooms to be lower.

Dårlig rengøring og generelt nedslidt hotel. Undgå for alt i verden et værelse på de nederste etager der ligger ovenpå de 2 barer der er leveringsdygtige i høj musik til klokken 2 om natten.

gut und günstig

ich kam viel zu früh in dem Hotel an, durfte mich aber trotz fehlendes Ausdruckes meiner Buchung in der Lobby niederlassen und auf die Eincheckzeit warten, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, es liegt direkt an der metro und man viele Angebote wie städtereisen oder Safaris über das Hotel buchen, ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

Panorama Deira Hotel - Central Location

Good central location; close to metro station, bus stations and abra station. These are all located within 5 minutes of the hotel, which should be better marketed. Hotel is also right next to al guraraira shopping centre and spinney supermarket which again can be better marketed. most staff were friendly except for Jaya. she didn't acknowledge us once as we entered and left the hotel. on top of that, when we did need to deal with her she was extremely rude. she didn't even wish us goodbye or tell us she looked forward to our next stay etc when we checked out. needs lots of customer service training. the rooms were clean, apart from lots of sand-flies in the toilets and 3 cockroaches (1 in the elevators and 2 in our room). bed sheets were clean, duvets in need of a dry clean. tv socket was loose so when I first turned on tv, no channels played. I then checked the plugs, otherwise I would have had no tv for the week had I not thought of that. the bathroom was a decent size. both the shower holders pointed the shower head in an angle that made them of no use. the shower curtain needs changing. water from the shower leaks onto the floor from the top right corner of the bath tub. the table drawer knobs inside the room need tightening, which can be done with a simple flathead screwdriver.

Great Location - walk to Union station

Hotel location is very good, specially if you dont want to taxi too much (traffic jams). Breakfast was good. Staff was nice to us in serving b/f early morning at 5:30am (we had to leave for airport at 6am). There is this hotel staff - FAISAL, he is a nice energetic helpful person who knows Dubai and will assist you with all tours and sightseeing trips. We were here with family for 2 nights. Seems that this hotel has a night club (I did not know earlier), but no issues as long as nothing is obivious. Rooms are old (needs makeover). For this price it is still ok. Lots of eating places around this hotel. Hotel to Airport cost Dhs 20. Overall, no complains. If you book thru Hotel.com you may have to go thru Hotel.com as the front office will not make any changes.

Value for Money

The Panorama Deira is a good, budget hotel for those who need a place to sleep and store their belongings while visiting Dubai. Being an older hotel, it lacks the facilities of more expensive ones, and the decor is rather dated. The plus side is it's great location near the Union Metro Station, easy airport access and having a wide range of food outlets in the vicinity. I'd be happy to stay there the next time I'm in Dubai.

Hyggeligt hotel med god beliggenhed

Vi mødte på hotellet et yderst imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale, et forhold, der betyder meget for en god rejseoplevelse. Vi fandt spændende shoppingmuligheder samt gode spisesteder med rimelige priser og god mad i gåafstand. På hotellet blev vi informeret om relevante og spændende ture, hvoraf vi tog med på en fin byrundtur. Vi fik masser af oplevelser i løbet af de kun 3 dage, vi havde i den fantastiske by.

Hotel is dichtbij metrostation

Hotel was ligt op een ideale plek, dichtbij het metrostation Union. Personeel was behulpzaam op 1 na. Een nepalese vrouw. Zij hielp dan ook totaal niet aardig. Prive telefoontjes aan de balie die wij toevallig verstonden. Je kunt dit soort dingen niet aan de balie bespreken met je partner waar klanten langs komen. Erg onprofessioneel. Daarnaast als we iets vroegen over de omgeving wist zij niets en hielp ze ons totaal niet. Daarnaast toen we vroegen voor een hoteltaxi om naar het vliegveld te gaan gaf zij 70 dirham aan terwijl haar collega 60 dirham aangaf. Er is geen 1 prijs. Men probeert zoveel mogelijk geld te innen.
