Worst hotel appartment
I was not at all happy with the hospitality I got there. Free breakfast was served only for 2 persons having a room capacity of 60 plus rooms. No wonder it was horrible. Coffee they served was with the spoiled milk. No hot water facility also,tidy rooms. There are other options like holiday inn and city seasons. You can have your stay there

Share my wonderful experience at Moon Valley Dubai
Good welcome at the main entrance and at the reception by the manager Mr. Nirmal & also met Mr. Saleem (another manager at diferent shift) Staff was nice and friendly. Coffee table in our sitting room had two legs broken, don't want to mention what happened but first aid was supplied and table was replaced after 18 hours Clean rooms, shining bathrooms and nice kitchen but lacked utensils like cooking pots and sauce pans. Room service was brilliant as apartment was cleaned daily at 10:30 am. Ceaners & porters expect to be tipped but I suggest since they work so hard and look after you well, there is no harm in tipping them. Restaurant for breakfast was massive with plenty of chairs and tables. Breakfat menu was not bad, was ok for me but my wife loved it.

Never Again ! I've been here before 2 years ago, it was better then... Now.. 1. Most un courteous staff ever 2. Swimming pool on rooftop was full of bird s**t and yes, a Dead Bird nearby !! The caretaker was washing his legs inside 3. Rooms full of smell and filth 4. Cutlery was not clean at all and when we complained the staff argued about it ! 5. Electric stove was dirty and not working 6. I couldn't complain less about staff, they made us feel as if we didn't pay for hotel ! 7. No respect or manners of talking... I couldn't be less angry while writing this 8. Rooms were badly lit.. no brightness whatsoever 9. Front desk guy, terrible .. he hated his job ! You can easily get a better at same price in this locality !

Nice Hotel in Central Location
The hotel is located within walking distance of the Burjuman Metro station so it was easy to get to World Trade Center where I attended a business conference. Burjuman Center is located near the hotel and contains a variety of restaurants, shops and supermarket. The hotel room had a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, living room and kitchenette, that contained a sink, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, clothes washer and cookware, plates, cups and utensils. Housekeeping kept the room clean and stocked with towels and bath items. Although one bedroom, the space could have easily accommodated a family with children. I included breakfast in the reservation. (Served daily: 7:30 to 10:30 am). The items offered were satisfying and included some Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, in addition to regular items such as bread, eggs, muffins and fruit. This saved the expense of one meal and was the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. The Picardo restaurant is across the street from the hotel and offered a dinner buffet for 20 dirhams (approximately 5.50 U.S. dollars). The hotel has an exercise room, pool and other amenities, but my schedule did not allow me to utilize these areas. The television only had 2 channels that were broadcast in English. Check-in process was slow and while waiting, a hotel guest complained about the hotel WiFi service. Not the fanciest hotel but it should meet and satisfy the needs of most travelers.

Never Again
The room was not what I was expecting they had no stove, the washer was on the third floor and you had to go to the roof to dry your clothes. They had limited utensils, the cups look like something from a child's tea party.overall I was very disappointed with the living conditions the only reason why I didn't check out is because i didn't want the hassle of not getting back a full refund. the only good thing about the hotel is it's location.

Comfortable & Centrally Located Hotel Apartment
Great stay, the staff very friendly and helpful complying with all the requests. Very big room size, all appliances working, quiet and silent room and halls, family building with respectable guests. The only issue was the bathtub not working (plug for locking the water was broken) but apart from that all went perfect.

The Studio has no washer/dryer
The room did not have the washer/dryer which was noted on the room description. I asked about it to tthe front desk, but they kept saying that it was Expedia's fault, not theirs. By kindness of expedia, we could upgrade the room but was equiped with washer without dry, which the staff kept saying that it was a dryer. Be careful, if the room description in the one bed room type said it has washer/dryer, it is wrong. The location and the room is okay, but not the staffs.

Living the Burjuman life
The Moon Valley Apartments is a budget hotel in a sea of other possible choices. I choose it for the low prices and the presentation picture Expedia uploaded. Glad to say, the MVA looks exactly in the photos like it did in real life. (I made a video of the place under the Youtube name Bigtruckseriesreview) The MVA is located a short walk from the Dubai metro. From there, you can quickly get just about anywhere in Dubai. There is also a discount store nearby with fantastic cheap souvenirs. MVA's room I rented had two twin beds a TV, a cooking space a great bathroom and air conditioning. I spent most of my time moving around Dubai, but my sleeping experience was excellent. The room was clean, cool and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

Although the internet was included in the voucher and even after we showed the confirmation letter, we were charged for our one night stay!!The room and toilet were not clean and the funny point was the empty shampoo and soap containers were empty!!Hotel amenities were poooooor...

I have stay at Moon Valley before, and overall it is a ok place, good value for money, good location and even the hotel is well used, it is ok. There are things mentioned in the description on Hotels.com about the rooms that is different in the hotel (no wash machine as mentioned, Internet more expensive than mentioned) but in general ok place, it is standard class and a budget hotel with good location and kind staff.

Everything went fine for our family (with 3 year old)with the hotel and I can definitely stay here if I have to stay in Dubai. Really Really close to Metro and have restaurants, medical shop and couple of supermarkets very close to this hotel. Room, Beds and Bathrooms are really clean. Buffet breakfast is good. Lobby is good and well maintained. Certain furnishings looks old but kept clean. Rooms are not kind of sound proof, you can hear everything from outside of room.

Staff was nice but they need to finish remodel. My hotel room was okay but my adult son's room was filthy and needed holes in the wall repaired. Window would not lock and opened to a latter. My son's wife could not sleep in the room because of safety issues. Breakfast was given free because of the problem's of the room but it was not appetizing.

the location of a hotel for a visitor cannot be better. the studio was quite spacious and clean and renovated. Staff was helpful and cooperative. If I have to find anything negative about the hotel ,i can say there was no pot available for cooking rice.

Great Location
Really nice lobby and rooms. The gym and pool area were under renovations, but I imagine they were good. The location can't be beat. It is at the train station crossing of the green and red lines, near Burjurman mall. And in Bur Dubai where you can get a good, reasonably priced meal.

Stayed there for a couple of weeks and they were very accommodating when I wanted to extend and even offered discounts on the extension. Great location in the middle of the old city just a few hundred meters from a metro station.

Second time In this hotel
The quality of the service was changed a lot. When we got to the room there was not towel in the room. We asked for towels and they brought only one shower towel and told us to wait until tomorrow to get more towel. Next day they provided only shower towel nothing more. The blinds were ripped and the sun was in the room in the morning and could not sleep. Asked them to fix it the next day, but they did not fix it until we left. Service on this hotel much better on last December that I was there this time I was not happy with the service at all.

Hotel was good I only stayed in Dubai for a night just make sure you print and have with you all reciepts due to them not having any records of my purchase and was trying to be charged the full rate again other than that I would definitly stay there again. It is a quiet hotel close to various locations and close to the airport.

A good quality residence for people with no regular transport
The Hotel is nice, clean and with a superb location near bus station, Dubai metro station and a sprawling Burjuman mall with food courts. The rates were reasonable. the hotel restaurant is also reasonably priced. Had some difficulty in getting the Kitchenet items in the room because these were picked up and taken away by the restaurant staff. The TV channels were few. Hotel would do good to enhance these. The parking was OK but pigeon droppings on the car were a problem
