Perfect little getaway
My husband and I travelled from all the way across the country to visit Vancouver for two weeks. We were very fortunate to find this listing on VRBO, Todd is a great host, he is very kind and always available when we needed anything. We found the unit to be so cosy and clean, very comfortable, and it was in the best location; a little oasis on the side of a mountain in North Vancouver. So quiet and the views are amazing. Easy access to downtown, not too far from Richmond, and just a hop, skip and a jump to the highway leading to Squamish and Whistler. We had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay, and are already looking forward to coming back again. I highly recommend this unit for your next stay in Vancouver.

Perfect suite

Serene retreat.
The accommodations exceeded expectations and more. Wonderful location that felt like a forest retreat with all the amenities of the city. It was a short easy commute by car to access Vancouver city center and surrounding area. Communication with the hosts was excellent and seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect stay for us.

Excellent suite
This suite had everything that my wife and I needed for our stay. The host was in communication with us before our stay throughout to make sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect for us and very quiet. We were amazed with their garden, everything was so lush compared to what we are used to. The only problem is we didn't stay longer. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Vancouver.

Outstanding VRBO Location!!
The space was incredibly warm and comfortable- as advertised. Todd, his wife, and Brittany were very helpful- told us great local places to eat, where to grocery shop, find liquor, and various markets. Any questions we had were responded to immediately. The location is also absolutely beautiful. My wife and would often have our morning coffee looking out over their garden some incredible old growth forest and the valley below- a stunning view. In addition the suite is very roomy with a fantastic kitchen! If you love intermediate hiking there are many trails nearby to choose from and Todd and his wife are more than happy to describe to you. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay here! Thanks so much.

Excellent choice for week in Vancouver
We enjoyed our stay here in Vancouver. The place was beautiful, clean, and convenient to seeing the Vancouver area for the week. Close to everything without all the city hassles. You do need a car, but we were situated well to go north for the day or go into the city several times. Todd is an excellent host. He made several good recommendations for eating locally, hiking, and grocery shopping that we appreciated. We would enthusiastically recommend this place for couples traveling to the Vancouver area. Thank you, Todd, for your gracious hospitality.

Extremely disappointed that you expressed how you liked the suite with the cleanliness and design and you will highly recommend to people you know and then you lied and all you can say that it is a little far away from things you think that are important. Next time do a little research and figure out where you want your guests to stay instead of the high quality of our suite. Maybe spend a little more or rent a dump closer to where you want them to be

Simply amazing
Everything about this rental was wonderful. Check -in easy, communication with owner was always within a manner of minutes. Place was very clean and comfortable. I was worried that I would get over heated at night, because there's no air conditioning. There was no need in worrying about that. I actually got cold and needed to turn on the heat. Todd gave us a list of places to go, eat, shop, etc. Any and everything you would need was available for an amazing short stay. The neighbors and neighborhood were nice. If I am ever in the area again I would love to here! Thank you Todd and family.

Beautiful, clean, quiet place in a beautiful neighborhood setting. Nice hosts! Fairly close to sightseeing/downtown Vancouver but the quiet surroundings are worth the extra travel minutes.

Home away from home
We stayed 4 nights. The suite was perfect, spotlessly clean, comfy cozy, the kitchen had everything you needed, the bathroom even has a washer and dryer. We spoke with Todd every morning and he suggested things or places explore. It was right off the freeway and Trans Canada highway. A perfect place to stay.

Excellent space for us as a couple! Host was communicative and checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was well. He also provided a detailed, helpful list of restaurants and shopping in the area. If you are looking for a bakery near by for fresh bread and sweets westlyn bakery is great, in the same mall is kin’s market where you can purchase fresh fruits and veggies. If we travel back to the area we will stay here again if available.

Wonderful North Van Property
This property is a great place to stay for two visiting North Vancouver. The host was extremely quick to reply to our inquiries and the property was very clean. We had the opportunity to meet with Todd and his wife who made us feel right at home. This property has a private lower level entrance which allowed us access any time of the day or night. Fantastic stay
Great location for the city and all parts of North Vancouver. The apartment was very well equipped and completely comfortable, we stayed just under a week but you could easily stay for longer periods Todd was attentive and quick to respond. If you are looking to stay in North Vancouver and this place is available, I would say don't hesitate to book it. You won't be disappointed.

NIce Little Gem!
Todd and his wife have a perfect little vacation spot that sits in the centre of all Vancouver happenings......tons of things to do; visit; drive-to; plenty of unique coffee shops; top-end plaza’s; excellent restaurants; nice privacy and view; and quick access to major highways!.....It has everything to make your stay enjoyable! Perfect quiet escape
The photos do not do this suite justice! what a lovely space to relax and call a home away from home. The Sam's family was super friendly and hospitable during my week stay in North Vancouver. Todd shared his favorite local pubs, stores and other retail in the area which made it very easy to get around. It turned out through conversations we have a mutual friend. :) Thank you for helping me feel at home during my visit.

I stayed for 2 weeks here, it was exactly what I needed. Todd and his family are very nice and the suite is very clean and comfortable. I was on a work trip and had a very odd night shift schedule- they completely accommodated me and took every care to make me feel at home. I’m definitely coming back for a vacation with my wife! A very pleasant stay
Easy check in, it was nice to meet Todd! Location was a short drive to everything we needed. Neighbourhood was quiet and a view from patio of the city was nice. The owners have thought of everything you need for your stay. I think this was a first for us not having to buy something... Clean and comfortable!
