"Staff was unable to locate our reservation. The room was visibly dirty, no wifi, large towel on the bed for a blanket, and a lock was broken on the door. Additionally, not a safe area for a lady traveling alone, which thankfully I wasn’t. "

"Everyone is so friendly. We stayed here our first few days in Phnom Penh and it was so wonderful that we stayed here again on our last night in Cambodia. We stayed in on the first floor in the room on the left. The room was spacious and had tons of channels in English and good wifi and aircon. Most of the staff speak English and all are very friendly. The hotel has a young guy that runs a tuk tuk for them and tons of tuk tuk guys hang out across the street and to the right. The area is upscale...
