Worth a visit away from the beaten track
Awesome people and service. A local hotel with local Italian food (sooo good)!! Worth a visit if you want to get away from the beaten track and experience the local Italian atmosphere.

Best place, awesome people
Paola and her husband were so nice to us, they helped us with our trip and the service was amazing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable There is a restaurant in the place in case you want to also have dinner, great food. Really nice location to get everywhere around but car is a must

A due minuti dal casello autostradale di Sirmione a minuti dal lago in un borghetto tranquillo.. struttura accogliente camere pulitissime molto spaziose e anche con personalità, personale accogliente e gentile, ottimo posto in cui fare base se si vuole girare il sud del lago di garda.. purtroppo non abbiamo provato il ristorante che sembrava molto promettente..

Excellent stay with a home-vibe
Excellent and spacious room that is great for short stays. The room was clean and with all amenties that you need. All you need water, free to take. Free parking. Service is great and you feel very welcome there with a home feeling. They even put out some breakfast snacks for self-service. Next to the building, there is a really good restaurant that is open until late that I definently recommend to try out! Would definently recommend this room to anyone passing through this area.

Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti alla trattoria Al Borgo dal 1 al 3 gennaio 2023 (ad un prezzo elevato perché è alta stagione e inoltre la prenotazione non è rimborsabile). La sera prima, scopriamo di essere positivi al Covid-19, non sentendoci bene e naturalmente non volendo mettere a rischio nessun altro, chiamiamo di prima mattina la trattoria Al Borgo e ricevo un trattamento molto scortese dicendo che sono chiusi, che non gli interessa e che non possono fare nulla perché sono chiusi fino al 3 gennaio. Ho chiamato il 3 solo per cercare di chiedere se potevamo cambiare per un'altra data, quando è più conveniente per loro, ovviamente non chiediamo un rimborso, perché abbiamo accettato le condizioni come erano quando abbiamo pagato, ma semplicemente non hanno ascoltato, il trattamento è stato molto scortese. Anche attraverso la piattaforma hotels.it dove abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione, si sono offerti di cercare una soluzione, chiamando la trattoria Al Borgo e provando a chiedere una riduzione per una nuova prenotazione e non hanno accettato l'offerta. Il punto che vogliamo sottolineare e lasciare chiaro è che siamo esseri umani, ci saranno sempre situazioni inaspettate e quando si lavora con i clienti, la gentilezza, il rispetto e la cura o il tentativo di trovare una soluzione per i propri ospiti dovrebbero essere una priorità. Gentilissima signora, ci spiace non essere stati all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Ci eravamo anche resi disponibili ad ospitare un suo amico senza supplemento, quindi adoperati a sue esigenze.Non è assolutamente vero che nessuno dello staff è presente, di certo non si aggira di notte lasciando tutte le luci accese in spazi in cui non servono. Le ricordiamo che noi siamo una Locanda familiare e non un Hotel con portiere notturno.Inoltre per quanto riguarda il "ristorante", riteniamo di essere un'ottima trattoria con una scelta vastissima di pietanze e con ottime opinioni dei clienti. Ricordiamo che la Trattoria è attiva da oltre 80 anni. Le consigliamo per il futuro di cercare una location più adatta a lei.Distinti salutistaff Al Borgo

Poco da raccontare se non che tutto ha funzionato regolarmente, la camera era pulita e funzionale e il servizio preciso e cordiale. Anche il treno che transita proprio li vicino in realtà di notte non è stato fonte di fastidio.

Lovely place and lovely hosts
We were pleasantly surprised by this trattoria and hospitable hosts. Near the Garda lake but distant from the hectic and the masses. We loved the food and dining with the truck drivers was a nice experience.

Posizione bellissima a 6 km da Sirmione, 8 da Peschiera e 8 da Desenzano...ma immerso in un piccolo e tranquillissimo paesino. Gestori super cordiali che ci hanno dato vari consigli sia x muoverci che x il cibo! Si PUÒ anche pranzare o cenare nella struttura bene e a buon prezzo! Camera molto spaziosa, bagno grande e terrazzo..tutto molto pulito e confortevole!!

L'hotel è a 30 metri dai binari della linea ferroviaria, con conseguente disagio al passaggio dei treni in piena notte. I rumori si trasmettono da una camera all'altra. Camera pulita e letto confortevole.

Comfortable room with good location
Comfortable room with AC, close proximity to autostrade. The host was very friendly and willing. The only drawback was the close proximity to the railway tracks. Although the trains were quite loud, I didn't wake up once during the night.
