This place is quaint clean and quiet. The grounds are kept exceptionally nice. There is an excellent place for breakfast just a walk across the street. Very centrally located to everything Cape Cod. Walk behind unit number 7 to see the goats.

So much to love. Phil was the best host ever. Tasteful decor in the room, and eco-friendly amenities in the bathroom. Delicious, real food for breakfast. And it even has goats! We've been coming to the Cape forever and this was the best place we've ever stayed. Hope to be back soon.

Very clean, cute room over looking the pool in the front and the goats in the back. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but really liked the room and the fact you couldn't hear your neighbors. They have lawn games, a fire pit, and a community grill. Very nice grounds with flower gardens. Close to beaches and restaurants.

First time visiting this quaint hotel. It offered everything from beautiful grounds with fire pit and pool to lovely patio to enjoy breakfast. Great location for quick access to some of our favorite beaches and eateries. We will return!

Sesuit Harbor House was a perfect spot for our family for several days on the Cape. The property was lovely and our room was very comfortable. But the personal service really stood out, whether at the tasty breakfast or just as you moved around the grounds. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was overall good. Not being American, I found that the price was high compared with the quality of the facilities. But I understand that in the US the properties tend to be old. Ah, one day the trash was not picked up, but perhaps I should have done it. Again, overall a good property and very nice staff.

Loved staying here. I loved the setting, staff and area. Everything was above expectations. I was able to rest, relax and enjoy the quiet. The fire pit, pool and room were great. My room had adorable beach/ harbor decor. I loved getting my breakfast every morning in a picnic basket! Highly recommend if you're looking for some quiet and relaxing time and if you have kids.

Sesuit Harbor House is a unique property with the friendliest staff. Rooms were dated, but clean. We stayed in both the deluxe double rooms in the Upper Cape, and the standard rooms in the Lower Cape, and preferred the standard rooms because of the hardwood floors and bigger bathrooms. Kids enjoyed the corn hole games and feeding the goats. Pool is not heated, but was spotless. We enjoyed the picnic breakfast options: yogurt parfaits, overnight oats, pastries, cereals and coffee/juice.

Great place to stay if you get tickets to Eden Hand Arts. Nice pool, breakfast/lunch restaurant across the street and goats. Good size refrigerator in the room, and I was able to work using the wifi.

Excellent stay. Everything you could want in a Cape Cod vacation. Beautiful pool, close to the beach, lovely breakfast, fire pit for s'mores, and even on site GOATS! The owners are great and super accommodating. Will be back!

Sesuit Harbor House is conveniently located and there are lots of restaurants, grocery/liquor stores and shops nearby, many within walking distance. Our room was spacious, two double beds and a pull out couch. The bathroom was adequate, with good water pressure and a decent shower. The grounds are lovely with lots of different options to experience, including a lovely pool area. We didn't partake of the breakfast that is offered so can't comment. Our interactions with the staff were professional and just the right amount of friendly.

Perfect Cape Breakaway
Phil and his team couldnt have done more to make our week on the Cape enjoyable. Sesuit House is close to many beaches and also has its own pool. Breakfast is great and there are loads of restaurants nearby for evening meals, or a barbecue onsite if you want to cook. Great place to base yourself to experience all that the Cape has to offer.

Wonderful stay at the beach!
This place truly is a gem. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and it is hard to notice all of the detailed touches that the owners have put into the rooms. The breakfast offering is so quaint and generous. The grounds are well kept. I would love to keep this place a Cape secret but it is worth sharing to keep them in business for years to come!

The property was super cute and the grounds were just as advertised. Beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. The only negative was the musty smell in the room and the poor AC. Other than that it was very nice.
