This wasn’t a leisure trip but we highly recommend this hotel! My husband had surgery and we needed to be close and decided to stay here based on reviews. We weren’t disappointed at all! It’s not far from TMC which made this even more convenient and there are plenty of stores nearby if you have a need for anything.

Room smelled of urine and when brought to the attention of the property manager. He simply stated they were sold out and nothing they can do. Here’s a novel idea. How about you don’t leave a room available if it isn’t suitable for someone to stay in. However interested in money than you are your reputation.

The interior of the property was unacceptable to stay the night. I realized when I got to my room and promptly returned the key card and left. Management refused to speak to Expedia to discuss a refund.

I love LaQuinta and this one would have been great but it was disappointing. We had the executive King which has a separate lounging room with a nice couch and TV. We had a long trip and I thought it would be great for me to relax after driving all day while my husband slept (he has health issues). We got there around 9, settled in, and then I noticed there wasn't a remote to the TV in the "living room". The room phone didn't work so I went to the front desk and waited until she was free. The very nice front desk girl gave me a remote they had up at the counter, it didn't work. She came to the room, while she tried to get the remote to work, I pulled the couch apart looking to see if the remote was there, looked behind and under things, this is when I realized it wasn't so clean. NEVER look under or behind hotel furniture...... So no remote so no TV and I went to bed. The next morning I asked the manager if I could have a discount since I basically had a king room but paid for the executive and she said no, because I booked 3rd party so already had a discount. But my discount was for something I didn't get! I would think she could have given me a gift certificate for the difference or something. It was very disappointing in their lack of customer service or concern that they didn't provide what was paid for. La Quinta used to be my #1 hotel and we were highest ranking members but it has really been going downhill towards their patrons since Wyndham purchased them.

Badly stained and dripping water faucet in the bath. Upon check-in, there was no one at the front desk. I stood in the lobby for at least 5 minutes waiting for a desk clerk to check me in to my room. No notice of fresh paint on the doors. Paint smell was awful.

Upon arrival at 2:35 ( I am aware this is before ck-in which is at 3) there was no one around. Phone ringing, no one at front desk. Was very strange. We waited until 250 then left. When we came back at 315 thwre was one lady cking in everyone that was arriving. The bedding (sheets and pillows) were not the best but mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. It was very quiet and in a great location.

The Place was really great, good location and fine amenities but the AC / Heat Unit in our suite was not working initially. When I inquired, they fixed the problem. It was not plugged in. After we returned from dinner ne blew cold air one blew heat. Not the worst problem just bothersome

Nice Hotel--a bit hard to get to but nothing horrible. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay-- self serve waffles, cereal, hot served eggs and sausage, Juice and Milk. I think they also had yogurt.

I didn’t like being woken up at 6 am by the alarm clock in my room, especially because I didn’t set the alarm, and the alarm in the room next time also went off and I had to call the front desk to get someone to turn it off. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

I usually dont write about bad reviews but this one is worth noting. It does not live up to its name or expectations. The bed was uncomfortable, mattress pad is really thin. Almost looks like its sinking in. The tv didnt work right and they are very small cheap tvs. My tv had lots of fuzzy lines going up and down the screen. I stayed in room 300. The elevator is slow and needs replacing. It just didn't feel like it lives up to its brand. Almost seems like someone is trying to run it the cheapest way possible. Very disappointing.
