If you are looking for location, beach, pool and a fully updated vacation home with modern beach decor, then this is the home for you!! Swim in your own brand new custom pool or bike to the white sandy beach and swim in the Atlantic Ocean. Rent a golf cart, car or bikes and take a ride to see this beautiful area.

Delray Beach is called the "Village by the Sea" and has been featured in Coastal Living Magazine as one of the best coastal towns in the USA. The Villlage's brick paved sidewalks are lined with quaint shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants. You can even have a lunch or dinner cruise daily that sails up and down the Intracostal for viewing the many mansions of Delray Beach and Boca Raton.

Our open, light and bright home is decorated with water colours, shells, beach artwork and comfortable brand new furniture. Enjoy quality and beauty throughout.

The brick paver pool/patio is spacious with lounge chairs and seating for outdoor dining or evening cocktails. Take a dip in the heated salt water pool or just sunbathe in a great sunny private yard. The doors can be fully armed out to the pool for those with little ones for peace of mind. Ohhh and we have a grill for your casual dining experience.

An Amazing Vacation Home
The home is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The pictures were accurate and yet they still didn’t do it justice. The owner thought of everything - a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels and a binder with ideas for dining, local activities and instructions about the house. The backyard has a pool, bbq and lots of chairs and places to relax. I would highly recommend !!

Awesome home and neighborhood
When you rent a house, you usually see the photos, book and then realize when you get to the place that the pictures where somewhat better than what the real deal. Lighting and filters go a long way to convince you this is the best place you’ll ever see. What we have here is quite the opposite. Looking at the pictures, you tell yourself this is nice. But when you enter the premises, you will find yourself surrounded by an awesome, well taken care of two storey house, well equipped, with an exquisite backyard. Never hesitate to rent, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent property highly recommend. Is as advertised. Location location location is excellent. One other thing I will add that I didn’t see in any of the reviews I read prior to going that is important to add is all the mattresses and bed lining was very comfortable. Also felt very safe here. We came to visit family in Delray. This place is PERFECT! It is clean and bright and convenient. Michael (the owner) was super responsive and helpful and even allowed us to add an extra night when our flights were cancelled. We will definitely stay there again!

As the infamous singer, Tina Turner would say: 'Simply The Best' property to vacation in. Here are the highlights: 1. Exceptionally clean & updated furniture and appliances. Beautiful decor. 2. Responsiveness: Anytime I had a question for Mike, he responded quickly, 3. Detailed instructions for use of home items. For example, Mike went out of the way to provide stickers on switches to know what they controlled. 4. Location: Felt very safe in this home and secure, particularly with key and digital locks. The property is located well enough away from a major roadway, but also is easily accessible to get to. 5. Good for those wanting a quiet area, wants a pristine pool and access to Delray, beaches, restaurants 6. Spacious rooms 7. You get exactly what is described in the listing. We travel all over the world and stay in homes. Michaels place and his client servicing is top notch. We'll be back since Florida is our getaway from Wisconsin winters. Roy & Chris

Just Prefect!!
We really enjoyed our stay! Prefect location, the house is just as listed and Micheal is great to work with and very helpful! The pool was our main entertainment and the prefect getaway from the Florida heat. Plenty of space for a family of 5. I would recommend this rental, we look forward to returning!!

Good overall, we found a few little details around the house that were not working properly but we contacted the owner and he did his best to fix everything. The Ac acted a little weird, we needed to keep an eye on it because it will go all the way up to almost 90 degrees during the day. Other than that everything was just as shown and described on the listing.

The house is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool area the most. The location is prefect. It is close to stores, Atlantic Ave and minutes from the beach. Perfect location and beautiful house
Everything from the scheduling, check in, and our stay was perfect. Michael and Donna were quick to respond to any questions. Great place! Even had a trundle in the bunk bed room but we didn’t need it. Lots of space and the kiddos loved the pool.
