Booked the property to be close to the airport, but the address they put on the site is not the place you stay at. I also booked a shuttle through them that never arrived and when I tried to phone the contact number provided no one answer. So ended not knowing where the property is and not being able to reach anyone so I had to get a new place to stay. It's now.a day later and still no contact with the property.

Fake location - Don't book this
This is one of the worst situations we have ever been in. The hotel is NOT located at the advertised address, it is neither an airport hotel not is it close to the airport. They do not provide a free shuttle either. It's in an alleyway away from the airport where you can barely take a taxi to. This is a complete failure of basic verification of an address of a place that is being advertised on Hotels.com. Despite reporting the fake address and situation on Jan 6th, there has been no change on this till Jan 13th. I spoke to an agent on Jan 13th and have been told to wait another 72 hours for verification. They did not provide any additional compensation besides the cost of the room night and for any additional reumbursement for transportation etc. let alone any compensation for their lack of care in displaying a place that is inaccurate. Please DO NOT BOOK here if you are looking for an airport hotel or even a good one.

Nightmare… don’t book this hotel.
This hotel is cheating customers with wrong address on the website. It’s very far from airport and changes 700 rupees for pickup. When u enter hotel address on ola app, it will not show up and the only option left is to call hotel to send car fir which they charge 700 rupees. Very poor service at hotel. Poor WiFi connection.
