The staff are fantastic. However, the room was small, no coffee or tea in rooms although there is a machine in the hall by the main door - not convenientat all. No water glass, no shampoo or conditioner. Just really basic. There is a fridge but it was turned off on arrival and take several hours to cool. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable.

We stayed for one night and it was fantastic the staff were really friendly and we soaked up the lovely atmosphere would definitely recommend a visit

Met inchecken heel netjes een kamer gekregen, ons geplande kamer was nog niet schoon omdat we er al heel vroeg waren. Goed geregeld!

Nice and cosy

Very nice hotel and good restaurant! The floor in the room was a bit cold but I believe it was going to be fixed shortly after my stay. Would definitely come back.

Industrial night harbor romantic, good breakfast

Strange: Industrial complex that in the night is quite romantic due to the harbor. Good breakfast buffet, restaurant available throughout the day, lots of parking lots, close to the see: We enjoyed our stay there!

Bijzonder goed.

Mooi hotel aan de haven makkelijk gratis parkeren. Nette kamers met koffiemachine. In deze Corona tijd perfecte service. Avondeten van de kaart op kamer bezorgd. Ontbijt wordt klaar gemaakt en in een tas klaar gezet. Om mee te nemen naar de kamer of onderweg. Vriendelijke mensen. Bijzonder goed.

Great place to stay near Eemshaven

I work in Eemshaven and have found this to be the best hotel within 15 minutes of work. Its clean, the food in the resturant is very good and there is free parking. Breakfast is a bit basic but overall absolutely no complaints.

Friendly and nice

The gentleman at reception was very nice. Check in was easy and extremely quick. Room was big with fresh fruit. Would stay again.

a few small items: soap holder in shower was EMPTY. A room with a double bed was apparently avalable but we were put in a room with two singles. Breakfast was okay although the room looks more like a canteen than a hotel breakfast room. Service was GOOD.

Nach dem ersten Schreck der Lage waren wir sehr positiv überrascht! Zimmer und Betten sowie Bad gut. Essen und Fruehstueck sehr lecker. Freundliches Personal.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, hatte genug Ablageflächen, Steckdosen und Haken. Das Bad hatte zwei Waschbecken, war groß und eben, allerdings ist der Vorhang nicht optimal, sodass beim duschen auch Wasser außerhalb der Dusche war. Die Lage im Hafen ist genial und zum Zentrum nicht weit.

Für Kurzaufenthalt okay

Das Hotel direkt direkt am Hafen, das ist positiv. Sehr nettes freundliches Personal. Leider ist der gesamte Strandabschnitt kilometerweit eine einzige Baustelle und somit kein Zugang möglich.
