Relaxing 4 Bedroom w/Pool ~ 30min to Disney & Legoland

Ridgewood Lakes is a beautiful golf course community with a 24 hour security guard at the gate located 30 minutes from Disney.

Our Home is a newly furnished great looking single story home with an open floor plan that will make you feel at home.

The bedrooms consist of: Room #1 A King suite that has its own master bath with a walk-in shower and TV. Room #2 is a Queen bedroom with TV. Room #3 is a Full bedroom with TV. Room#4 has a Queen Bed and a Twin bed with TV.

The living room is spacious with comfortable seating a 55” TV with view to the pool area.

Our Kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, dish washer, flatware, wine glasses, plenty of dishes, salad spinner, toaster, knives, etc. etc., etc...
The kitchen also has a breakfast nook that seats four. Our dinning area seats six comfortably

The Pool has also been redone and is all screened in with seating for 8.

Winter Getaway

A Great Stay!

Great vacation place

Very happy with my stay

This property is everything it states it is. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The property is close to any and everything needed. Definitely will be staying again!! It was also a very short drive to Legoland.

Great Stay

They layout is perfect for families with plenty of room and is in a nice gated neighborhood. Checking in and out was simple and a breeze. Clean house and the pool is amazing and very spacious along with the deck area. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Arcadio!

Awesome host

Great location. Felt safe in the gated community. The host was awesome. Very responsive. Our booking was during hurricane Milton and we chose to leave Orlando until the hurricane passed. Our host offered to extend our stay at no extra charge. The house is spacious and pool is nice. The house could use a good cleaning and a fresh paint. But we really enjoyed our stay here!

convenient location

This property is a little older but easy access to all we wanted to do (golf) We paid to have the pool heated and unlike other places that we paid for heat, this was perfect... even in January!

Great Rental

The house was as advertised and very clean. The location was in a lovely residential area, handy for food shopping at Publix, Walmart and many more stores at the intersection of I-27 and I-4. Arcadio was very helpful re an early check-in, and we would be happy to rent this property again.

Football Tournament

We came for our son’s football tournament. The place was perfect, very spacious. Definitely get the pool heated if you are staying in February. It was way too cold for us.

Love this place in Davenport

Other than a slight glitch in checkin, that was not the owners fault, our stay was fantastic. We used this as a base camp while we access different college baseball events in the area. Great location for us. Quiet neighborhood. We've stayed at three locations in Davenport. This is our fav. We'll be back. And will look forward to it.

The property is very spacious and the pool area is lovely although very exposed as there isn’t a privacy fence, this allows all passers by to see you sunbathing. The check in process was very smooth and all communication was prompt. The villa is well equipped with everything you may need although the bath towels are very very small. Some parts of the villa could do with modernising, such as the bathroom and shower room. We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely holiday

Excellent property with a pool unfortunately the light in the pool didnt work which meant swimming in the dark in the evenings. apart from that everything was fine, the only down side was the distance from the theme parks. Driving on the I4 was difficult due to the volume of traffic

Family Vacay!

I rented this property for the mingling of two families. This was a much needed get-a-way for my future in-laws and parents along with my fiancé and son. The house was so clean and comfortable with a great pool. We went out here and there but we mostly stayed in, cooked, enjoyed the pool and played card games. Arcadio even allow us to extended our stay for an additional day. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful property with my family and I. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great time in Davenport

The House ist located in a gated Community. Nice neighborhoud. Downtown Orlando with Universal Studios was easy to reach. Also the beaches at the golf of Mexico like Clearwater Beach or Cocoa Beach at the Atlantic Ocean. We travelled as a family with 4 Adults and 4 children. We enjoied the pool and the playroom in the garage. The House was clean and the aircondition worked very well. The communication to Arcadio was very good.

Great property

The property was exactly as described online and Arcadio was quick in communicating via VRBO and text msgs once we arrived. He also got us a couple of folding chairs and beach towels when we stated that we were planning on going to the beach for a day as well. The home was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our week long stay. Quiet neighborhood with security guard controlled entrance. It was nice that a Publix was within 2 miles for getting groceries. I would definitely try to stay here if I'm in Orlando next. Its a good central location to the parks.
