Terrific for a large gathering
We had a wonderful 3 night family stay here which included 3 couples and 5 children staying overnight plus a 4th couple and 3 more children during the day. Communication with the host Victoria was terrific, before, during and after our stay. There was a minor problem upon our arrival that was resolved quickly. There are comfortable beds for 12, but only one couch so don’t try for more than that. The kitchen was amply equipped, and we were able to easily cook all meals for our large group. The large dining table had chairs for 8, plus 3 stools at the kitchen island and we added a couple of house benches at the table to accommodate our crew. The foosball table downstairs was in use all day, every day. A big hit for our teenagers and adults. The small living room only had one couch, lots of pillows but no chairs. (no room for more). Our small children piled in here to watch TV. The outdoor patio/gazebo was a hit for our adults. We found folding chairs in the garage to supplement the patio chairs so our 4 couples and a few kids had seating. Because of the nature of our stay we didn’t leave the house much, but nevertheless we found it spacious and accommodating for our daytime crew of 16, and overnight group of 11.

Every detail thought of
We had a group of ladies who were visiting for a conference. Every detail was thought of and all the girls kept saying it was like a Pinterest board come to life. Beds were comfortable and home was beautiful. We definitely recommend.

We traveled to Grand Prairie for our family reunion situated in the Fort Worth area. We couldn’t have ask for a better home or location for our stay. We were 20 minutes away from each event! This home is stunning and very well accommodating for large groups and kids will love the play stations there. Thanks to our host. We enjoyed our stay.

Thoughtful amenities! Love that there were dishes for children and a basket of items in case you had forgotten something. The lake is within walking distance, it is close to the belt to get around the city quickly and there is a main road close that has many restaurants and shopping. It has an awesome grilling area and gazebo! The only thing I would have wished for was a connecting door from the house to the backyard. You have to go out to the driveway and into the side gate. It is not very convenient when grilling and needing to access the kitchen frequently and keep up with smaller children back and forth. The games were awesome! Entertaining for both the kids and adults. Overall we had a great stay!

The house is beautiful with absolutely no complaints, the neighborhood didn’t match the house at all and we did hear quiet a few sirens and loud music on Friday and Saturday nights but Sunday seemed mostly calm! House is beautiful and other then neighborhood only thing that would have been alittle more helpful was a pantry bc there was nowhere to put the food other than the counters! Love the house though overall!

Family get away
This location ( Dallas ) worked for our needs. I flew in from Chicago. Only 20 minute trip for airport to rental. My son and family drove up from Houston and my daughter and her family drove in from Arkansas. Each had about a 3 hour drive. Rental was very clean, as described, and worked great w/ kids and family. Great Place Overall !
The house was really nice, very spacious, and decorated lovely. There was plenty of essentials such as towels, blankets, etc. The dining area was nice as well as the kitchen. Overall a great place to stay. The only thing was that the neighborhood was not what we expected from the looks of the house but there weren’t any problems so it was okay. I would still give a 5 star rating and I would stay again !

Graduation Stay
This property was a beautiful spot , where I was able to host my guests after graduation. The acommadatuons was helpful, the house had everything we needed. Hostess was great to work with. Beautiful home and clean. Great room with TV was a little small; adding one in the dinning room depending on number of people would be idea. Small backyard, but patio was nice, having a tv outside would have been nice. This property had all of the amenities one would need. I would revisit.

This house didn’t come short at all. Maybe the only con was that all the bedrooms and full bathrooms were upstairs. However, we had more than enough of everything you could think of. It really was a home away from home. My family enjoyed it. Very spacious and beautiful. Close to just about everything. Owner was very responsive and super nice. You’ll love this Sweet Escape!

Gorgeous home!!!
Such a beautiful home and within walking distance to the park and lake. Such a great location overall- so close to Arlington, Dallas and Fort Worth. The home is SO clean! We felt so comfortable. The master bed was awesome, and my toddler really loved the bunk bed room! Also, Victoria the host was excellent with communication. She was caring and so hospitable. I would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Hospitality — Completely Above and Beyond
When we travel, we use VRBO or another site almost exclusively, so we have stayed in MANY rentals. I’m not exaggerating when I say that Victoria’s property is the most well-appointed, well-supplied, and hospitable place we have ever stayed in. We stay in nice rentals, but Victoria brings hospitality to a whole new level. The home was spotless and had everything we could have needed or wanted. Garage parking, fully equipped kitchen, snacks, drinks, toiletries, high quality linens, closets perfectly stocked and arranged with extra towels, blankets, hangers, fans, humidifiers, yoga mats! — we were blown away. We’ve stayed in some really nice places, but none have been so thoughtfully composed as this one. Admittedly, this is a new build in an older neighborhood that does not mesh with this level of home, *but* that was not a concern to us. It was perfectly safe, quiet, and just the right location for us to be within 20-30 minutes of our various extended family members scattered across the Metroplex. We would absolutely stay here again. Oh, and the bunk room with custom tri-level queen bunks??? Our kids and their cousins were in heaven! So fun!

Girls Getaway
We stayed here for a girls getaway and the house provided everything we needed. It truly is a fully furnished house. The beds were comfortable and clean. There's plenty of towels. The bathroom is stocked as well as the kitchen. The wifi worked great. We did not bring anything from home except for ourselves. The host even provided a few small snacks and drinks. Host had great communication and responded quickly if we had questions. We would book again in the future!

Baseball weekend at Dallas Baptist University
Our family travels every weekend watching our son play baseball. We exclusively use VRBO. In the last four years of traveling Victoria was the best host we have had. We rented on one day notice and her communications started immediately. The check in process was flawless and easy. We had nine adults stay in this house and never once felt crowded. The house was the cleanest house we have stayed in over the last four years of traveling to watch baseball. Victoria goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is exceptional. Heaven on earth!
We spend 11 days here with friends and family for Christmas and New Year . A very luxurious to the core. The cleanest property I have seen. The property manager so prompt to our needs. Very quiet neighborhood and great location for getting to local activities. I and family will definitely be back to enjoy again and would recommend again and again!
