Great Family reunion spot
This house was exactly as it was advertised. I really appreciated that I was actually able to cook because there were great kitchen appliances and a fully stocked kitchen as far as pots and pans, etc. My husband shared that the pool table is "sweet" and the video games worked. So often the pool tables are beat and the games are tool. The pool was great with only a deep spot in the middle so everyone was able to enjoy most of the pool. We did have an issue or two with things that weren't right due to previous tenants, but the host had items delivered immediately or sent someone over very quickly. There is a beautiful sunken family room and the stone wall is a great place to take family photos. But, it also means there are a couple of steps up and down into almost every room on the first floor. If someone has a mobility issue, this might require some extra care when moving around. As I get older, I start to notice these things more. LOL! We really had a wonderful stay!

Definitely RECOMMEND!
Steven's place was EXECELLENT! It had more than enough space for all the people that stayed. He was extremely accommodating and responsive. There are very few places that allow pets, and we were so thankful that he did. This place was EVERYTHING we needed. It was clean, spacious and fully stocked. I definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a great stay with your family or friends, and pets. So many wonderful family memories were made.

Exactly what we needed
We had an absolutely wonderful time. My family and I stayed for a week and it was everything we were hoping for. The house and property were gorgeous. The pool and spa were clean. There were a generous amount of linens, paper products and towels for our use. We really enjoyed the theater, the pool and the gazebo. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I can't say enough and I can't wait to go back soon.

Good location to most everything, easy to find and check in, safe neighborhood. The gas grill lid was broke, pool was great but needed serviced/chemicals by mid week. More attention needed from whomever cleans between guests. House was perfect size for our large family and the house itself is beautiful.

A Beautiful house with lots of space
Our stay was cut short because of the storms that they had. When we got to the house we noticed trees were down everywhere so the house had no electricity. But we got a chance to talk to our host Steve who was so helpful with the situation, he did let us in the house and it was everything we hopeful lots of space and just beautiful. But we ended up leaving and getting a hotel because of more storms coming and Steve was so nice he didn’t know when electric would come on.

Our family celebration
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steve’s beautiful home! Everything was exceptional from the backyard pool, “tree” house gazebo, and the basketball court to the waterfall showers with the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything you will need to serve your family’s needs.

Home Away from Home
This property was everything we expected and more! My only regret is, I wish we would have had more time to stay home and take advantage of everything the place had to offer. We were in Dallas for a family wedding. Three out of the four nights that we stayed we had to attend wedding events. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The host, Steve, was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Family gathering, plenty of space to all be together with options for quieter gathering areas too. There was a very helpful binder that had details on lights, remotes, and how to run everything in the house. This was great. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen and very comfortable beds with no hassle check out requirements. Great stay

This house had plenty of things to do for everyone and kept us all entertained during our stay. Kitchen had plenty of dishes. Hot tub and pool were a must do. My son and grandson got some time in on the basketball court. Lots of room. Balconies at every bedroom was nice. Just a beautiful home. Very clean and fully stocked with necessities. Manicured neighborhood. 10 out of 10.

Wonderful Stay
This house was perfect for our needs. We were three families of four with kids ages 5-10. We all had a wonderful time. The kids highlights were the heated pool and the game room/movie room. The host was very kind and responsive and the house was clean and everything was in good working order. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Hidden Gem!
This house was perfect for our staycation. Tons of room and plenty to do! The pool, hot tub, and basketball court were all great. Steve had the pool heated for us in January and it was amazing. The pool table and media room were excellent, too. Plenty of bedrooms and a big kitchen and dining areas. There are numerous really nice updates throughout the house. It's close to anything you could need: stores, restaurants, etc. Steve and his team were unbelievably responsive and very nice to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised and more! As we explored the house it “kept going” so spacious and Perfect for our immediate and extended family to feel like we could have our own space if needed! I feel like some of the space went unused for lack of time here! Would have loved to have had a longer vacation here!! The game room/theater room was awesome. The view of creek was beautiful! The owner was Beyond Exceptional in Every way. Easy to reach if needed, and took such good care of the house. Loved the fluid decor, So cute, we noticed all the teal accents!! And to top it off: a Decorated full size tree to keep us in the holiday spirit! Love this home, and would love to stay again if ever in the Dallas area!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 12 forty-somethings for our annual adults only getaway. Plenty of space for us to not feel cramped. So many options for activities throughout the weekend! We are excited to stay again!

Dallas /patriots get away weekend
5 friends from Massachusetts going to the Pats game in Dallas. House was excellent for our needs Plenty of bedroom space , theatre room , kitchen facilities great outdoor space for pool use and hanging out. Within 45 minutes of stadium and downtown Dallas for our game and JFK tour. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery store. So for us. 5 stars !!!!!
