Amazing hotel. Loved everything about it. Large size room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Pool was beautiful. Hotel is in a great location.

The only thing that I believe that could be better is the rates,They are way to expensive for no more than they offer, I under that the convenience, but Over $400 a night and no complentary breakfast, really not even peanuts or waters left in the room for guests,that’s something else IIve stayed at some nice resorts and they all at least have complementary waters in the rooms for guests!

Oh, so you think that just because you spend $300-$400 a night on a hotel you should be able to: 1. Receive your room service order? 2. Retrieve your vehicle from the valet in a timely manner? 3. Have a reasonably cool room in the hot Arlington Summer heat? Well, think again. I’ve literally NEVER posted a review for anything, but my stay at this hotel warranted a response. In short, we ordered breakfast and it just never came. I received the e-mail advising me that they had my order and when to expect it, BUT IT NEVER CAME. There was no explanation, but there was a charge. When you arrive at the hotel, there’s little choice but to valet park it ($39/night) and I’m okay with that. They tell you to text a number to retrieve your car. We texted the number and got a message andvisong they were retrieving our vehicle and then we waited, and waited, and waited some more. An hour passed and still no vehicle. The vehicle wouldn’t have been retrieved until I questioned one of the many drivers about my vehicle. Then they decided to act and retrieved my vehicle, an hour and 15 minutes later. Arlington is hot in May, period. 93 degrees hot. So, you have to turn your room’s A/C on or you’ll suffer. I turned it on, and it got hotter. Now I know what you’re thinking; is this guy technically proficient? Did he operate the system correctly? Yes and yes. Our room stayed a toasty 75 the entire stay. Other than those issues, it was great.

We had a great stay at Lowe’s Arlington. Staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the hotel is beautiful! Safe area and very walkable to AT&T Stadium. Would definitely book again.

It was great, except our last night we went to the desk to ask if teabags are included in the room as is standard. Because tea is $7. These are the Wednesday night desk staff. She said yes you should have teabags in the room. We got up, no teabags. We called desk explained the situation again, she said shell send teabags. One hour later no teabags. I called again explained the situation again was told shed put me on hold while she calles the kitchen. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I had to call again. Waited for 20 minutes then asked again. She said itll be up momentarily. After 15 minutes a room service Tea service was delivered! We were like we asked for the teabags not room service! Seriously you need to hire competent staff!

The property is beautiful, and the location is excellent. I enjoyed the general area and everything that was only a short walk or Uber ride away. The staff was so nice and helpful; the food was excellent. The pool and hot tub were my favorite part.

Excellent check in process, from parking to room key. The parking attendant was helpful, and our hotel room confirmation and check in was outstanding. I believe Colton was on point for us, incredibly polite, explained the hotel, food options, elevator access, walkways, etc. Our room was available, clean and welcoming.

Beautiful property and excellent service. We stayed overnight to attend two Rangers games, and it was so great to just walk across the street and avoid the chaos of arriving and leaving at the same time as thousands of other cars. I’ll do it again next game!

Friendly service, clean rooms, good location for sporting events and concerts. There are still some kinks to work out with staff, but all should work out as they all gain more experience in their jobs. Restaurant should stay open pass 10 PM, perhaps 11 PM would work out better for us late owls.

New hotel
Brand New hotel. We only stayed a short time unfortunately so didn't get to explore whole hotel. Parking was confusing at the associated lot and hopefully they resolve that, ended up having to use valet. Beautiful inside. Service friendly but they are still working on a few things
