What discouraged us is they had a water leak that was coming up all over the floor…called for the manager to get us some towels and he never brought any. Called again and the night lady came right away with towels so we could lay them on the floor. Hopefully they will reach out to us regarding this

They had a power outage before we arrived so our room was not ready when we got there but Omar at the front desk took great care of us while we waited . We will definitely be back.

From the email we received before our visit, to the first steps we took into the hotel, we felt extremely welcomed and taken care of. The facilities are very well maintained and clean. We will stay here again!

Boutique hotel with a wonderful friendly staff. The hotel now offers very good breakfast ( not included). There is a nice park close by and lots of shops

Clean and comfy stay. Beautiful walking areas outside. Only thing was tree shower head didn't stay on straight (it was a hose). Other than that it was very nice!

Outstanding hotel! If I could give this a 10 rating I would. Friendly staff, clean facility, very nice room, great food and just a block to the Comerica center in Frisco. This hotel is also adjacent to a beautiful walking path with a stream. Highly recommended!

I had the most scariest time of life - actually at 2:30 am someone came inside my hotel room !! Seems like the staff at the from desk allocated the same room !! I was so scared two people opened the door and switched on the lights - trust me I was scared for my life !! Don’t ever do this - this property I so nice and clean but this experience was a night mare !!

I didnt like that we didnt get a daily supply of towels & trash pickup even after i asked for it. We stayed 4 nights. Otherwise, it was great with very comfortable beds & nice shower with nice water pressure.

The stay was alright until the last night we were not able to get any rest due to this loud noise coming from the air conditioning unit. I had requested to speak with the RM but I assumed this message wasn’t past the night we were given the run around stating that they were trying to contact a on-site manager so no sleep the night before we had to get on the road also the front desk informed me that he would have the RM to give us a call about this also they blamed this on the city being building that night. But other than that everything was fine. Would have appreciated a follow up call

Such a beautiful, well kept property and cheap kleenex and toilet paper. Come on Guys, get up off the money - Have been in the business too long - do not nickle and dime a property when there is so much competition out there. It does not cost that much more to go FIRST CLASS. So easy to get on and off the TOLLWAY - a breeze for traveling. Made it home to SA in 4 hours.

Great Hotel

I loved my stay at Indigo! The staff was so nice and I was lucky enough to snag a front row parking spot each day. Room was super clean and the housekeeping staff had my bed made and fresh towels out each day.

We enjoyed our stay and it was close to the events that we were there to attend. The only complaint was the service in the dining area one evening. The help seemed distracted and less than attentive to the customers.
