My wife stayed in this hotel for 4 + 5 nights, with a break in between where she went to Daegu. On her first period of stay, she found the room temperature was a bit cold. So on her return to the hotel for the second stay, she asked for the temperature of the room to be adjusted at her check in to 21 deg C. Two technicians turned up to do the adjustment, however none did their job and none could explain to her (in English) of what they did. The room temperature was at a high of 26 deg C and going up to 27 deg C while she was trying to get someone's attention. Eventually a male manager turned up, checked and told her the temperature sensor might be defective (meaning the room temperature wasn't that high) and asked her to wait for an hour for the temperature to come down. By that time my wife has been in the room for three hours and could clearly feel the heat! Eventually my wife had to ask me to talk to the manager on the phone (I wasn't with my wife as this is her solo trip) and complained before she got allocated another room. The issue here is not a defective air conditioner but the service attitude which seems to be-little a woman's request and opinion.
