no speak English (or anything else), nobody. try to compensate with "can do attitude", not often found in Brasil. 1 weakness: the air; buzzing with all kind of itching insects. they should systematically pscchhht the rooms.

Despreparo dos atendentes. Fiquei hospedado 3 dias e limparam o quarto apenas 1 dia com a desculpa que o hotel estava lotado. No check out me cobraram itens que eu não havia consumido, e a atendente despreparada não conseguiu identificar o que estavam cobrando. Para não perder o voo e paguei e fui embora. Não volto mais neste hotel.

Reservei um apartamento superior, e fui acomodado num apartamento inferior. Após reclamação no segundo dia de hospedagem, me reacomodaram num apartamento adequado. No entanto, ficaram de me dar uma satisfação sobre os danos materiais e morais que me causaram, mas não apresentaram nenhuma solução. Além disso, pedi um late checkout para as 14h, mas apesar do hotel estar vazio, disseram que somente seria possível se eu pagasse R$45,00. Não retorno mais à esse hotel. São pedimos. Minha pior hospedagem da minha história no Hotéis.com.

Absolutamente incompatível com o a rede intercity, um hotel velho, com corredor com cheiro de estábulo e muito barulho a noite toda! Dinheiro jogado no lixo. Atendimento na recepção pela Laura foi a única coisa que foi boa durante a estada.
