Wrong Room ,Horrible Night .
They gave us another room ,not the one we paid for and they ignored our request for a balcony . The room needed an remodel . It had very old dirty broken things in it . The bed was not comfortable . The TV did not work . The bath was moldy and horrible . There was an open wall in the bath that had mold and pipes which dripped water. The breakfast did not include much and was not good quality. It was a horrible night . Good..Part.The workers were nice and helpful.he one in the photo.

Property NOTHING like the pictures (sadly needed repairs). NO HOT WATER at all - some troubles with gas delivery in the city - OK, but we were not informed at check-in and when we went to the room for a shower - only cold...... We were told several times "we will fix it - in 15 minutes..." - after two hours of this, we moved to another hotel - with lots of hot water..... Staff was nice enough (and we did get a full refund with Expedia's help), but not disclosing that the pool, spa and steam room (all of which were choosing points for this place) were not working is a MASSIVE 'no-no'!

The rooms and furniture look old styled and it looks a bit like in the 30ies. The cleanness is very good. Everything is walkable, because the hotel ins in the middle of the center, near the cathedral and main spots. What I didn´t like was a group of ´drinkers´ who celebrated in one of the general rooms of the hotel near the swimming pool. It was not possible in the whole house not to hear them for a whole afternoon, because of the accoustic. Finally the staff finished it after some hours disturbing.

Muy bien en general, la dificultad mayor fue el agua caliente. Al parecer hay que dejar escapar el agua en la ducha por 1/2 hora antes de que salga el agua caliente y la verdad estoy en contra de ese desperdicio.
