It is fully insulated with double cladding and gas, water and solar electricity. The kitchen has a large commercial oven and stove, double french door fridge and coffee machine. The lounge has a FM stereo and Bluetooth speakers with smart tv and surround sound Bluetooth sound system. The bedroom featuring a large king size bed has a tv and blueray player. The lounge has a water feature and paintings adorning the walls with minimal clutter and a clean place to relax and cath up on tv or your own streaming service with a large 50 inch tv with Chromecast. The lounge has a powerful split system heating and cooling system. I am usually not home but if I am I am in my room with my dog. I have a tv in there so I am fine to be by myself. 😀.
