Great Stay
Great overnight stay. Highly recommend if you want to be near the water. For the property owners, I suggest you change the shower liners; they had mildew and rust stains. The showers need s good scrubbing to get rid of the rust stains too. There was a bug on the bed - alive (thought it was a bed bug at initial glance, but now I don’t believe so), think it was just due to the humidity. Overall though, it was a nice one night stay.

Bathroom tub need remodeling
The tub was rusted. It was extremely difficult to turn on/off the bathtub faucet. I thought I might end up with the shower on all night. Reported it and on site didn’t seem too concerned and said they would send someone out. That idea was scary. Otherwise everything else was great. Very clean, well stocked, great kitchen.

Nice property but Vacasa could have been more helpful
Vacasa uses text messages to communicate which works pretty well, however it is hard to get anyone live. They sent me the wrong code to get into the property. I did not know that at first. My family and I I tried for 10 minutes. Eventually I called. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes, They told me I had the wrong code but no apologies were given for their mistake. Later during the stay, I wanted to discuss some of the issue we had and asked if someone could call me when convenient for them. They sent me a text back saying I need to call them. That means waiting on hold for up to 20 minutes (this happened). The property was mostly clean and had nice appliances and is a great location which is fairly close to the beach. The guest bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. They put a topper on but the mattress sags on the right side. That bed was uncomfortable so my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. The Master bedroom mattress was comfortable. The floors could have been a little cleaner. The master bathtub faucet continuously leaks. There is rust and mold / mildew on the tub. The closet lights off the master bedroom flicker like a strobe light when the lights get hot (usually within 5 minutes). There were no hair dryers which to me is odd. Overall, it was nice place. Generous on soaps, paper towels, bathing towels, pool towels, etc. The pool, hot tub and fitness center were very nice. The sauna wasn’t working during our stay.

This property was perfect. My wife and I stayed one night to visit our our Daughter at A&M Corpus. The location was great with the beach nearby places to eat and then just a short distance to the beach. The property itself was very clean and well taken care of and all the instructions were spot on and easy to follow.

Stayed at this condo for easy access to the beach. Very comfortable stay. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots. Tub faucets need to be updated, too hard to open and close. Slippery Tub , Mats needed.

Pleasant stay
We take a yearly trip to the beach and like to stay in a certain area close to the beach. This property is a quick walk to the beach, so supper acesuble. You can take pets which is great, we have 2 little guys that enjoyed their stay. My family and I stayed together and this was very accommodating. Very clean, had kitchen items needed to cook and clean. Bathrooms were outdated, the master needs a major update with the shower. The fridge was cool, ice machine didn’t work and the smoke alarm kept going off. I wasn’t too disappointed but I wasn’t overly satisfied either. This property costs too much to have these kinds of issues.

Padre Island visit
Very clean and well maintained property. All TVs and cable channels worked well. All appliances were functional. Washer and Dryer worked well. The proximity to the beach (easy walking distance) and local restaurants and grocery stores is a huge benefit. There was some mold on the bathtub tile that was easily eliminated with Clorox spray. There are also rust stains in each tub- much larger in master bathroom. (Very minor issues-just noting for awareness.) We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our accommodations.

Great location and wonderful to be on the 1st floor. However the condo could have been a bit cleaner and lacked some of the usual items these condos typically provide (paper towels, kitchen sponge, kitchen trash bags, laundry soap, and other things). Thank you for a nice stay.

Great Weekend Getaway
My husband and I and 3 of our kids, ages 20-14, stayed here for a weekend. The pool was great, short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we could need. Very clean and nice . We really enjoyed it! Only downside was accessing the front door lock, it’s rather difficult. Otherwise, lovely getaway!

Family visit with TAMU-CC student
This condo was perfect for us parents and grandparents of our TAMU-CC student to visit and spend some quality time. The 2 bd - 2 bath condo worked great! Cute decor, close to the beach, quiet area. We enjoyed dinner out at Doc's 1 night and then dinner in the condo next. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Third Time Staying Here
We love this property. It’s always exactly what we need. Well equipped and functioning. My only complaint is that this last time the bathrooms are looking a bit rough. They need to be deep cleaning and caulked. But other than that it’s a great place for our family of four!

We were pleasantly surprised the property was underpromised and over delivered. Staff was in constant contact by text checking to see if there was anything we needed, answered all questions quickly and were more than gracious. Delightful experience! I highly recommend!

Not worth the money
As soon as we entered the property, there was a damp smell. It stayed throughout our stay. There is a water spots on the ceiling which could be mold as well. They have a spring mattress in one of the rooms. You can feel the spring when you lay down on the bed. It was very uncomfortable. I slept on a couch. Towels were old. We paid 300+ for a night and there was no coffee pods either. Had to contact property manager for wifi login credentials. Overall it was a waste of money. They should give half of our money back for this reservation in my honest opinion. It felt like the property was not attended and maintained for months. The whole stay was very uncomfortable.

Overall the stay wasn't bad. Showers were hard to use. One of the tub is rusting. We were given the wrong code to get in, so it took a bit to get inside. Don't sleep on the pull out, it's not worth it. It's super close to the beach so that's a plus. Wife and TV were not great.

Great location but some attention to the condo is needed. Furniture is sub par and the door in front of the dryer is broken. Beds were good. Biggest problem was the three A/C units located outside the bedroom window. We did not get a good night's sleep the entire time and would not stay there again.

We've stayed at this condo complex before. This unit was by far the best! The unit provided boogie boards and beach/pool towels. I wish this was stated in the description of the unit but it was a very happy surprise! The only downside was the check in time. We traveled 8+hrs and just wanted to relax but couldn't check in until 4pm. Luckily there are several shops nearby to help kill time. Check out was also a tad early but we were able to get a late check out. It was an added cost but worth it! Overall a great unit with everything you need..especially for families traveling with kids.

Not bad! Cute but sparse...
The positives were the location was very close to the beach and the complex was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again if some details were addressed. The location is great! There were stores and restaurants very close by and it only took about 15 minutes to drive into Port A to catch the jetty boat and eat. This condo was spacious and had cute beach themed decor. However the furniture was very poor quality- I understand that it's a rental and it's not wise to put in top of the line stuff, but please use dressers with drawers that glide open and not fall forward out of the opening as soon as you tug on them. The living room needed a loveseat or a few chairs to go with the sofa and also needed a coffee table. There were 4 of us and we had to pull in dining room chairs to all watch tv. There was no where convenient to set drinks down. The kitchen was very sparse on cookware, eating utensils and the refrigerator freezer didn't work well at all. We put Wyler's Italian ice bars in on Friday afternoon when we arrived and they still hadn't frozen by Sunday check out time. The noise level from the people above us was pretty loud, but they were a big family so it may have just been our bad luck to have them as neighbors. . We've stayed at many places on the island and this one runs about the middle of the the pack. It was a fair price so I'd definitely say it was with the money.

The condo is exactly as shown. Very beautifully decorated, walking distance to the beach and closer to shops. The pool is small but never packed. Hot tub is wonderful.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at this property. It was well equipped with all the kitchen items we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was in close proximity to the beach and a grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Place was lovely. Great location. Pool was nice. My ONLY issue was arrival. The code given to me was incorrect. I had to call. I was on hold about 30 minutes. Finally someone answered...the third code they gave me finally worked. From then on...smooth sailing.

The condo we rented was fine, but on both Saturday and Sunday starting at 0800, the condo above us was under construction. At times, you could not hear yourself think so we had to go out until they stopped working. We could not enjoy the condo except at night. Really disappointed in our short vacation get away.

Really nice, great location.
We were very pleased! Beach Club was just right for a family of 4. We had just about everything we needed in this unit. I will never stay at the beach without a washer & dryer again; that was the best! Two large bedrooms with large beds, two full bathrooms, lots of pots and pans in the kitchen...sofa sleeper if needed. We looked in the closet, and they had boogie boards for use at the beach. Nice touch. The location: super short drive to beach one direction, super short drive to gas station, restaraunts, and an awesome dollar general the other direction...and I do mean short! One negative: bought spoiled food at the nearby grocery; the coolers were not cold enough...I should have known! Pool was nice, Whitecap Beach was awesome.

The condo needs to be treated for pests. Unfortunately there were some roaches which turned us off. That aside the location is good when it comes to proximity to the beach. However if you’re going to walk (definitely doable) bring something that would roll easily on the beach. The food in the area is less than desirable but the kitchen is stocked with almost everything needed to eat in.

Bathtub was slick for my parents. Pops said the shower curtain hooks in the master are broken. And you can’t use the chain in the living room. You have to stand on bed to use the fan light. It was a very nice place. Lisa Box.
