The Embassy Suites is not the cheapest hotel in the area but we wanted a better experience. What we found was the room to be dated and in need of upgrades. The furnitures, carpet, bedding, and amenities are obviously old and should be replaced to bring this hotel into the current times.

There is no place like the Embassy in Corpus Christi to stay. All of the staff are truly Rock Stars with the amazing customer service! The clean hotel, free breakfast are just extra perks!

We haven been greeted at arrival. Our room was specious we had the 1 king 2 double suite. The pool and hot tub was fun. The breakfast was very good, items could have changed every other day but there was always plenty food. The stuff was great! We had one little incident but the staff made it all good! I can only recommend to stay here with your family!

The room we were in was hot despite the thermostat at 60 degrees. I asked the front staff for a box fan to help cool it down and they said they would bring it immediately. 3 hours later i asked again for a box fan. They apologized, again saying they would bring it right away. They never showed. I spent 2 nights with very little sleep. Very disappointing that they repeatedly lied to me.

The property was safe..after a long day I went to my room and tried to order room service and I couldn’t get anyone on the line..I called the front desk and had the same issue no one answered. I proceeded to call dim my cellphone, someone answered but was put on hold…after a long wait I hung up…gave up and went to bed hungry!

The hotel is nice, and everyone of the staff were awesome. The only complaint I have is that it’s a little dated and dark. I requested an accessible room, but discovered it had a bath tub not a walk in shower and only one safety bar in the tub area, none where you get in the tub, and there was none by the toilet. I have a special needs daughter and she doesn’t like a tub because getting in is hard for her. There is also not enough arming at the end of the day

The breakfast was delicious, and the service was very friendly and helpful. It was within good distance to the beach, aquarium, and many restaurants. The rooms were dated, and the mattresses were terrible.. You could tell the housekeepers tried to clean but there was mold in the grout in the bathroom and all the furniture just seemed very worn and tired. They should seriously consider tossing the mattresses, they were on par with a hospital guest cot "mattress".

The stay was excellent and the syaff really went above and beyond to accommodate any of our needs at any time. The room couldve been cleaned a little better(chair in bedroom was stained and dirty. Table and furniture in living room area was dusty.) Other than the cleanliness, the hospitality was great and met the embassy suites standards in which we have been coming their properties throughout Texas for years. I would book again here on my next visit to Corpus Christi and will recommend to others as well
