All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, but the property itself is pretty outdated and rundown. Close to the airport, which is convenient if that's what you're looking for, but otherwise the surrounding area is a little sketchy.

The reception area was clean but my room was not! There was dirt all along the walls, spider webs in the windows, chair had dust covering the arms, and the bathtub had soap scum/mold along the edges.

I was told there was free shuttle to the airport but that was a lie. It cost $30 to “leave your car here.” Then they only take the shuttle out at the top of every hour, which I was not told. So when I came down to take the shuttle at 4:15am I was told they would not go out on shuttle runs again until 5am. Mind you that I told the night clerk I needed a ride in the morning and he did not tell me it was only once an hour. My flight left at 6am so I ended up driving my own car. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport but is not in a nice area. The hotel is very old and smelly. The direct tv channels did not come in great, kept going in and out, and some channels had no sound. I thought Wyndham would be an ok property but it was terrible and the internet lied about the shuttle. I will never stay there again and would not recommend the property.

The price and location were attractive. For $70 a night , I expected a clean shower and no sign of bed bugs--and not much else. I got that. The Website shows a bit of breakfast, so I don't think it was unreasonable to expect at least a banana and a bagel. There was some really 'meh' coffee and nothing else. The pool was good enough, but the area around would benefit from a bit of care as some of the plants were dying. Looks this hotel's glory days are long past -- but it has some solid 'bones' and could be competitive again as Columbus is becoming a 'destination'. Owners should make a decision - either fix it up or raze it for more airport parking. Next time I will probably stay on the other side of the airport, over on Cassady. Sure, I will pay a bit more but nothing is truly free.

Honestly, it was a cheap stay, but it wasn't the best kept, out room smelled like smoke, there was still trash in the room when we got there, and they claimed to have a breakfast on the website. There definitely was not one when we were there.

You get what you pay for the pool is in the lobby and water is cold like freezing I could only stand it for 20 minutes barely even that. The washer was broke how you got a hotel have 100 people sleep there with no washer which is wild to me and it’s only 1 wash and 1 dryer like what crazy for real. Then waited 3 days to actually get extra pillows.

Washer didn’t even work online says warm water pool but the water was cold as hell and was in the lobby which is weird. I could only stay in the pool for maybe 25 minutes after that I was over it also read online they had free complementary breakfast but they had none I asked the worker he said we don’t do breakfast most we got is coffee. I was like what this is is and very misleading. Then the washer was broke was told that it won’t be fixed until Thursday you got a whole hotel to attend to but only got 1 washer and 1 dryer. Like what this whole hotel needs a remodel. How the tub/shower look like someone just threw some paint in there and called it done. But I mean it’s cheap you get what you paid for you pay cheap you gonna be staying in some whack cheap place. Like how the hell then I called for pillows my second night here and they said call in the am so I did that and took 2 days actually it was the day before I left the worker first was gonna have the housekeeping bring me pillows tomorrow for which I leave tomorrow so it’s pointless atp she said okay I’ll let them know after I just told her I’ve been waiting 2 days she asked how long I’ve been staying here I said Friday. The staff was nice but this hotel is in the ghetto. You will get what you asked (paid ) for alright.

Best thing about this property other than price was airport shuttle at 4am and 11:45 pm. Wyndham's "light breakfast" consisted of coffee and cream. Desk clerk said "that's what Wyndham calls a light breakfast." Beds were ok, pillows small and lumpy/bouncy. Rooms obviously needed updating due to stains, etc., although they were clean. For a single person only staying long enough on each end of a trip to get in late and then catch a return plane home, it worked. No bedbugs.

The hotel was good for overnight stay. Advertised free breakfast included, but there wasn’t any, just good coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Slept well. The pool and lobby are pleasant,- looking even though I didn’t swim. Exercise room is nice.

The room was okay, barren but I slept well. Almost no channels on the TV. No breakfast bar, just coffee. Shower was a bit tricky to get set right and the water pressure & temp was good. Good that there was a shuttle to the airport. Brandon was awesome, only thing was that he forgot to add me and a number of others to the shuttle schedule.

The property has a pool and plenty of room. It is quiet in this motel. The area, however, does not have much to eat within walking distance, only a few taco trailers with which to order food.

Great place to stay if you want to feel like you are in The Overlook Hotel from The Shinning. The hotel itself has beautiful bones and was probably grand in its hayday which has long past. The lobby is spectacular yet gives you an erie feeling with it's dim lighting and complete silence. The rooms are have seen some major wear and tare but are clean and smell very nice. The hotel staff are very kind and accommodating. There is NO BREAKFAST, the website says there is but they only serve limited coffee and juice, no food. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel but overall it's an okay place to stay for cheap.

Checked into a "clean room" ha!!! There was pillows covered with hair. Obviously hasn't been changed. Bathroom had hair all over the floor. Hot water didn't work in the sink. Trying to get hot water was a challenge. Had to wait 5 minutes for it then it kept changing temperature and the tap was weird. All the way left was cold. All the way right was cold. Someone was vacuuming in the evening. No breakfast in the morning. Just coffee you'll spit out. No changing of the sheets till after checkout or request. The place could have the potential to be a great place but needs to be revamped.

This place should be torn down!
I guess the saying " you get what you pay for" holds true, although this place shouldn't even be open for public use at all! The building is old, dirty, and in desperate need of repair. I traveled there for an overnite stay after a long flight, the front desk person was creepy and short with his answers to any of my questions, but i booked online and it was non refundable although i plan on reaching out to expedia and hotels.com as this place should not even be listed as it is not suitable for any human to stay in. It literally looks abandoned!!! Stay away!!!

On the internet it showed breakfast as an amenity, there was not even coffee offered. The pool was beautiful but so freezing cold no way to get in and relax, and no access to the spa. Very unsatisfied with what we were cpevting as a short needed get away.

The guy there Brandon or whatever his name was. With the long black hair & the glasses harassed me for 2hrs while I was there! Making threats & the police wasn't helpful. They never showed up & eventually stop answering my calls!! He needs to get fired! He followed me around in the company van multiple times yelling at me telling me I don't belong there! Took his glasses off trying to fight me!! I have multiple videos that I will be posting!! My stay was a joke & I told the manager he said I'm sorry. Didn't look at the videos or take his name down or anything. Didn't even look me in my eye when I was talking to him!! The Asian looking guy was rude!! Over all this place is trash! WiFi kept shutting off & they're are wrong for still being open with that staff there now!!
