Jerrod at check-in was very nice and accommodating, we really appreciated him. Check-in and check-out, however, was the best part of the stay. The indoor pool was extremely cold and not conducive to swimming, felt more like ice-water than a heated pool. The toilet would barely flush and the tub would not drain. The water pressure however was fantastic and they did offer us free breakfast for our tub trouble. The “breakfast buffet” as advertised on their website was non-existent, but they did offer a limited menu and the food was “ok” but could have been much better. The mattress was not terrible to lay on, but the beds seemed smaller than a typical full-size which was unfortunate. Overall, it could have been worse, but wasn’t the great stay we expected. I would rate customer service a 10 though despite the unfortunate circumstances.
