I really enjoyed my room. Just was disappointed that my tv did not work. Called the front desk 3 times and an employee finally came up to my room. Took 1 1/2 hours though. Still could not get it working. Offered for me to change rooms or get a $30 credit. Found out I will not get the credit due to booking with a 3rd party. Not too happy about that. The breakfast was not good. Eggs over done. Waffle makers were not working correctly. Timers would not go off. No butter. No fresh fruit. I was concerned with the parking lot being safe, but luckily everything was alright. So my stay was just okay.

One of the elevators was out of service so the wait time was long for the other one. Our remote and room phone weren’t working so I used my cell to call the front desk and they did not pick up. It was a frustrating experience.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. The property is fairly new, free parking, free breakfast, reasonable price compared to other area hotels.. The only negative was a non-response to a maintenance request. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. I reported this to the front desk around 8 am the morning after check-in, was told that this had been reported the previous day. Subsequently found that the tub also drained very slowly when using the shower. Reported the tub issue around 11 am. Neither of these issues were addressed prior to checking out.

My only complaint for this stay was that the breakfast area was dirty when I went down- cereal was everywhere, wrappers, no coffee and limited breakfast items not replenished.

If you are in hospitality business, your staff is one of the first point of contact for your guests, whether it's a front desk, receptionist or a server. The staff are not friendly/accommodating in this location. We had issue at 10:30 pm with our shower not turning on and I called front desk to check/fix the issue. The guy who answered the call, said "Oh did you booked your room on a 3rd party website? I don't think, we can change your room". This what he said, not even addressing or sending someone to check the shower first. FYI, People booked in different websites and to hear his answer and not addressing the issue is ridiculous! I called again and a lady answered and said she will have to check if someone is still here to look at it. So i waited but nobody came so i called the front desk again and I asked/requested to have just switch our room. After a long day on a trip, we just wanted to relax and sleep. Breakfast is okay. There are some missing stuff, life they have oatmeal but no hot water to mix your oatmeal with. Coffee is empty and we have to go to the front desk section to get it. There's is always room for improvement!
