We loved the ability to be in our own space/apartment for a couple of days, and to have access to our own food and the use of cooking facilities. This was a wonderful property. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your review. The check-in was not a nightmare. You did one reservation on a weekend (end of the day) on time, and you were in front of our door. We gave you the check-in details on time, by whatspp and by phone.

We really enjoyed the excellent location. There is lots of parking close to the hotel. The only downside was the bed(very hard).

Great place if you want to stay out of the "busy" area as its a short walk too all amenities. Lots of parking around this spot as we had a car. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed there for one night and we liked it. The place was very clean. We especially liked the location. It was super convenient and walkable even though it is on the other side of the river. It was not a problem at all. We would stay there again! Thank you!

Great suite clean
Room with a kitchen and kettle. Had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean great location. Within walking distance of the town which was perfect for us.

Great option for a stay in Porto
My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the first floor terrace was a great place to relax after a long day walking around the city. The river was about a 20 minute walk or so away (downhill) so not right in the centre as such but there is a metro station less than 5 minutes away which makes the hotel a really convenient option. The breakfast was a selection of cold meats, various pastries in addition to tea/coffee etc. We would stay at this hotel again

Location was right by one of the exit of round about and very easy to miss the entrance of the small road that lead to the front of the building because of no sign there, it’s ok once you figured that out. But if you miss the entrance then need to drive a big loop before the second try. Other than that, unit was clean and bright, over looking the river and a big park. No staff at the premises but they responded very well with emails for instructions. Small unit, got all the basic, pretty comfortable, very good value.

We did not have a room with a view unfortunately...or any kind of outdoor space but there is a common patio. The room is fairly small but clean and good location as long as you like to walk. A few restaurants on same street and Coimbra historic district right across a bridge. There is a large parking lot almost next door for 3 euros/day-no problems.

We checked ourselves and got into our room without any problems. The room was very nice, clean, and had a great view. The staff (never met in person) was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and the price excellent. We highly recommend this hotel

Very well located. Unfortunately when we were there the elevator didn’t work but the responsible was kind enough to bring our luggage to our room. Very nice of him.

I cannot say enough positive things about this property to do it justice! This place was awesome! It is a little different for those expecting a standard hotel offering, but we were not disappointed at all. The communication between us and the property was immediate and crystal clear. Before you arrive, you will receive instructions on how to enter the property (its a key pad and you receive your lock code) and then your room Information as well as your room key code. There was adequate parking right in front of the hotel on the street, but I am not sure if that was because we were there during the not so busy season. There is a parking lot very close to the property as well. The room was clean, and well appointed. It has everything you need, as well as a Nescafe coffee machine, it is a little different than a Keurig, but same concept. All the stores and Starbucks sell these pods if you want more than the two regular and two decaf they supply each day. The room was cleaned and the bed was made everyday. Patricia (one of the people we were in touch with) recommended a number of places to dine within walking distance - all of her recommendations were amazing and delicious! The location is perfect for someone looking to explore Portugal as it is close to Porto (1.5 hour drive) Lisbon (2 hour drive) and Coimbra itself is an amazing place to explore. When we return to Portugal (yes, we plan to come back) we will definitely look to book our stay here.
