As hospitable as it gets!
Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! Thanks so much, Dee, for your wonderful hospitality!!!

I had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and clean. The owner is wonderful. She made my stay very special. She truly cares about her guests. The breakfast is out of this world. Highly recommend.

A real bed and breakfast in a very walkable small town downtown with parks and restaurants, convenient to highways. Great service; unusually good breakfasts, friendly proprietor.

Beautiful B&B
Deanna was a wonderful host, the proximity to downtown was very convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were also very delicious. My only slight complaint is that the room was very dark, particularly at night when I couldn't get sunlight in, and the ceiling fan didn't work well. I like a "breeze".

Loved the Victorian style of the house, the service and staff were great, very clean and comfortable stay. My concern was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked.

The property is beautiful and our room was perfect. Antiques for charm but a comfortable bed and great oversized tub in the bathroom. The breakfasts were amazing and the owner is friendly and helpful!

Homestead House is a wonderful place to stay.
This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at Homestead House. Dee is great. She and her staff make wonderful gourmet breakfast for the guest every morning. The B&B is located in a quaint town with lots of charm. Dee goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable and all of their needs are met. Highly recommended.

Our room was very clean and well stocked with towels, regular sized body washes, shampoos, etc. with multiple choices of each. Breakfast is amazing and includes a dessert; and the owner, Dee, has an interesting story for each one. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

The Homestead House was amazing and allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy a long weekend with absolutely delicious breakfasts and lovely accommodations! The owner and her 2 helpers were lovely and so much fun to talk with. You will love your stay at this wonderful house in a lovely town that was so close to everything.

Gem of an experience!
Dee was awesome. Her house is beautiful, clean with lots of amenities. Would highly recommend it to anyone. The breakfasts were awesome. Best breakfast ever today. She cooks French style cooking so everything is light, both flakey and crunchy, YUM!

Property was very homelike, comfortable and quiet. The front porch was an extra bonus with the soft breezes and openess to the community. The breakfasts were gourmet every morning and the owner was very accommodating.

The combination of a beautiful restored historic home, and the welcoming presence of Dee and Jackie, along with wonderful breakfasts can’t be beat. Add interesting stories, historical facts and delicious recipes and cooking tidbits, and you’ll have a memorable experience...the location is excellent in the walkable quaint town. We loved the front porch as well.

This was our first bed and breakfast experience. It was a wonderful visit. Dee's knowledge of the area was very helpful. Her home cooked breakfasts were delicious and very filling. The home is beautiful and we were very comfortable. The location (around the corner from downtown) made it good for walking.

The Homestead House is absolutely wonderful! It’s beautiful furniture & structure is so elegant, yet the modern updates in the bathrooms & A/C keep you feeling relaxed & comfortable. Dee wowed is with her amazingly delicious English breakfasts that always included some kind of dessert 😋 We enjoyed her historical knowledge of the house & town. Willoughby is such a cute small town with many great places to eat & things to see & do as well! Awesome first B&B experience! We’ll definitely be back! Katie & Brendan ❤️

Great b&b for a relaxing get-away
We had a great time at this b&b! Dee, the hostess, is very kind and welcoming. We stayed in the Victorian Rose room which was nicely decorated and featured a beautiful and comfortable king bed. Dee gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants and nearby places to explore. Her breakfasts were delicious and even included dessert! We hope to return.

DEANNE the owner is very welcoming and provided us context of the historical importance of the House with the local community. Our breakfast conversations were stimulating. The breakfast meals are delicious, nutritious, and very unique. We are looking forward to our next visit to Ohio.

Homestead House is a beautiful old mansion that has been kept up (or restored) very well. It is furnished with beautiful antiques. There are nice sitting rooms and a front porch with comfortable seats. The breakfast was wonderful. The proprietor, who calls herself a recovering accountant and financial officer, did some study at the Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris, and it shows in the breakfasts.

Absolutely perfect stay. Owners extremely friendly and hospitable. Location is perfect for walking to downtown restaurants and nightlife. Breakfast was fun and unique every day. Our room was in excellent working conditions and clean too. We are not world travelers, but have stayed in a couple B-n-B's, and this, BY FAR, was the nicest.

Dee and her helper were so friendly....the gourmet breakfasts were soooo good. Loved the room we stayed in!! and the special surprise of balloons in our room when we came back Saturday night!

Excellent and very gracious!!!!
My visit was very friendly and comfortable. The steps were a little steep for me,but i made them o.k. Dee carried my suitcase up for me ...that freed my hands to give me a little umph!!!!
