Property very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. We liked the room, very clean, bed very comfortable. Disappointed the bath shower drain was not working well, water overflowed into bathroom floor. What a mess? Told receptionist. Also disappointed with breakfast, which was supposed to be buffet style. But because of Covid and lack of business, breakfast was cooked to order. On last day, the kitchen ran out of provisons and offered only a scaled back breakfast. Quite disappointed.

Good hotel -- ask about parking/entrance logistics
Everything was great, although the check-in process was a little confusing at first -- the entrance to the parking garage is not as clearly marked as I thought, and it is on a small side street. The narrow entrance takes you to a box which you must dial to reception for access. One can only park in certain-numbered spaces that weren't clear at first, but later asked reception and were told. Further unlabeled doors with call boxes take you to the elevator that leads to the reception area. Again, all was well once we knew the parking process, but it would have been helpful to know prior to arrival. Also be careful not to take the wrong door to the elevator, otherwise you will somehow enter and be locked in the adjacent empty building that has been under construction. (One half of our party who didn't pay close enough attention got stuck inside a corridor in the adjacent building until a Holiday Inn receptionist realized they were taking too long to arrive after the garage buzz-in, so he went to go look for them and found them!) All in all I would stay here again as the hotel staff, lodging, amenities, comfort, and even parking were good. Thank you!

Very convenient if you travel by car
We visited the city because of the concert. The staying was very nice and relaxed. Although the area is nothing special, it was very convenient the parking and further walk and discovering the city. Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

used as an overnight stay travelling south.very clean hotel,but arrived on sunday to be told the restaurant was closed and not a great deal of eateries to choose from as most were also closed.

Great hotel for rugby weekend trip.
Four of us stayed 3 nights for a rugby weekend fixture. Close to transport system and local bars in easy walking distance. Very clean, tidy and comfortable with car parking on site. Good quality breakfast with plenty of choice.

Mid-range option nicer than expected
Room was fantastic: clean, plush, comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful. Wifi WORKED! Beds were comfortable, slept well. The secure parking garage (extra charge) was teeny-tiny and even in my rented Citroen I was afraid it wouldn't fit in most of the spaces. Good elevator access from the parking garage to the lobby of the hotel, and then a great elevator to the room. Close to University Blaise Pascal and just a short walk to Place de Jaude, the main square. A beautiful park very close by. The neighborhood felt dodgy, but my daughter assured me it was safe. About double the other hotel I stayed at, but worth the price.

Excellent hôtel, moderne, très bien situé, à côté d'un arrêt du tram. Service et chambre impeccables. Petit déjeuner incroyable, avec des fromages régionaux délicieux. Et des plats encore bien garnis même à une demi heure de la fermeture. A recommander sans hésitation.

Personalen är toppen, kommer dock förtidigt och vill städa och ger sig inte när man säger nej. Gymmet är 3 maskiner och det finns ingen parkering till hotellet. Frukosten är ok. Läget är bra.
