I loved the three headed shower. It was comfortable. Most of the staff were polite and greeted us. I would definitely choose this one again.

Love the quick and easy check-in. Nice breakfast in the morning POOL could’ve been cleaner smell like pee. No pool towels in my room had No hand soap cleaning staff must had forgotten all those things

The property is excellent except for one thing, the housekeeping never bothered to clean our room during our stay.

We had ants in our room and we wished there were restaurants closer to the hotel. The rest of the hotel seemed clean and the staff were friendly.

The parking area was being repaved which made checking in very inconvenient. We also had an incident with bed linen. I dont think I would return to this property. Not at all what I expected for a Hyatt Place.

Although the common areas were very busy with the convention center right next door, the noise level was minimal with the room we had. The breakfast was nice and the pool was not too cold.

Easy access from I-75 and the room rate wasn’t too high. Was nice to have enough space in my room for each of my 3 children to not have to share sleeping space with their brother and sister.

Overall, this was a decent stay. I chose the hotel because it was highly rated for cleanliness. Our room and the hallways were acceptably clean. The floor in our room could have been vacuumed better but we wear shoes in hotel rooms so it was fine. The breakfast serving area had a very sticky floor and both mornings we went down to eat, there were swarms of ants on the dining area floor. We didn't return to eat the third morning because of this. The pool was pretty dirty. The deck area around it was in bad need of deep cleaning and the pool water was so murky you couldn't see through it.
