Our experience with this Hyatt was GREAT. There was a slight mixup due to the website I booked the room on and the front desk staff was AMAZING. Especially Kris, she was the sweetest lady ever and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. She deserves a raise for sure.

My overall rating is Good, because we didn't have any issues, the staff was friendly/accommodating and the facility/room was clean- but thought for a Hyatt they could up their game a little. The pool area was nice and clean but basic in my opinion, the water was a little cool and a hot tub would be a nice addition. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but happy that it was included with stay. Also appreciated all the seating in the breakfast area because I noticed some places there aren't enough seats and breakfast seemed to be a busy time when we stayed on a Friday/ Saturday. Nothing about this place really amazed me or stood out, but I would stay here again if needed. If you're here for a quick stay or for business its a great place- clean, friendly, and a comfy bed.

The reason for low star is because when we checked inn with our little ones at the entrance people were smoking weed - talking loudly, cars were blocking the main entry . Felt very unsafe but the front staff , morning staff and everyone inside were fantastic- very welcoming and helpful.

The evening was fine. However, when we awoke, the elevator was broken. We had to walk down 4 flights of stairs to get breakfast and back again, and altho we wanted to get underwsy with our drive to Atlanta, we had to wait until the elevator was repaired (nearly 11 am) to take our luggage down on the elevator, and after all that there was no coffee available.
