About 5 min. to the Chiavari station and to the city center. Hotel people are so familiar and room was cozy. However, air conditioner is not controllable from our room due to technical problems, according to hotel front desk people. We had to call the front desk whenever we needed to turn off/on switches. We hope the technical troubles will be fixed soon.

Small, clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic coffee and good breakfast. Only drawback is that it's on a busy street, so noisy. Would go back for sure.

We would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel! It was located a 5 minute walk from the train station, with easy access to surrounding towns — including Cinque Terre and Portofino. It was also just a quick walk to the sea and the city centre. The staff was so friendly and hospitable, and made our experience very special. The front desk was open 24 hours, and they stored our luggage for a few hours when we arrived and after we checked out. Our room was clean and comfortable and the rest of the hotel was also very clean. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel in Chiavari and we hope to be back someday!

Mycket trevlig personal som var hjälpsamma vid frågor gällande utflykter. Rummet var rent och fräscht men litet och vi bodde utmed gatan som var väldigt trafikerad. Hotellet ligger nära strand, tågstation och centrum. Parkering finns på en stor grusplan nära hotellet och är gratis.

Staff on reception was very helpful and polite. Rooms could do with an update but did what we needed it for. Lots of choice for breakfast which is very good!

Excelente habitación, GRAN desayuno, lo vale.
Habitacion amplia con balcón, desayuno inmejorable, gran atención del personal en especial del que nos recibio durante la noche. Cerca de la estsción de tren. El único inconveniente es el estacionamiento, era fin de semana por lo que me pude estacionar sin problemas en la zona de cobro.

Hotel Ferrari is perfectly fine from my perspective. The breakfast is very good and there is a café associated with the hotel. There are no meals at the hotel outside of the café hours 07.00 18.00hrs but there are lots of restaurants close by. Parking is free in the town car park on the beach front but that is about 800mts away, so not far unless it’s raining (which it was). Internet was ok but not fast enough to download data packages.

Il soggiorno è stato nella media buono, la camera era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. La colazione molto abbondante e variegata. Il personale gentile e disponibile. L'unica pecca che ho trovato è stata l'elevata rumorosità nelle scale durante la notte, urla e chiacchericcio ad alta voce durante tutta la notte.

La cortesia regna sovrana, la colazione a buffet è incredibilmente abbondante e varia, la posizione dell'albergo è abbastanza centrale e il parcheggio in zona si trova facilmente. Unico neo è un po' la pulizia che può essere un po'più accurata
