I loved this hotel. I had a beautiful room with 2 baths,with a loft bed upstairs (bathroom 2 up there) Fridge, sitting area, desk and more. GREAT value and the staff were awesome. There is a restaurant on site (good coffee choices) and although its not busy(not sure why) the food is very good, great pad thai!

The staff has been amazing and treat us like VIP from the beginning to the time we leave. For example, security guard carried your luggage to the reception at check in, staff greeted you when you see them with respect and kindness, open front door for us many times when they were present. We were treated with 5 star service at this 4 star resort and never felt once they want anything in return. It is very clean and genuinely nice atmosphere. Restaurant staff were attentive and catering as well as the fitness and pool area. House keeping staff well kept and cleaned daily of our room with due care. We absolutely have nothing negative to say about the resort but to praise and recommend for anyone. Amazing experience that we were so pampered and very well done! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!!!!

How is this property a 9+ rating and a 4-star?
The hotel is middle of nowhere and it is not a walkable street from the main road so we had to take a taxi every single time. But this is just the start... There is no way this hotel is 4 stars and here are the reasons why: 1. When we first entered the bathroom it smelled like mold and we found out why. There was an entire row of black mold on the edge of the shower door. After our first night, we told them and they came to clean it during the day but again the rooms should be in clean condition before guests come in. 2. We found mold (again) on the wall, right below the AC, which is the reason why the room felt damp and moldy overall. We tried lowering the temperature but it still smelled moldy. 3. The bed felt like a rock. 4. Don't think the walls, windows nor ceilings are thick enough because we could hear someone dragging a chair at night, could hear airplanes pass by, and the guests across the hallway. The only good things we could think of: were a clean lobby, nice staff in the cafe, and decent food at the restaurant. But overall, we don't understand how this property has a 9+ review and it is supposedly a 4-star hotel.

The bath tub switch is broken, can't drian out the water, breakfast is so so, fire exit is blocked and can't find the way out , don't expect too much to this hotel.

Amazing hotel staff, friendly and always tried their best to entertain our requests. Strategic location, near to the square, and hotel provides free shuttles to Nimman Road. I will stay here again when I visit Chiang Mai again next time.

Property was great! We were comfortable for our two night stay. Although, when we got to our room we noticed tiny ants, when we told the staff- they were accommodating and gave us a new room, but there were still ants, however we didn’t complain because it must have been a building issue and sometimes you can’t control ants- they were tiny, hard to see, and didn’t bother anyone. Other than that, location was excellent and room and hotel were fantastic.

Very well-kept and very well-maintained property with some essential amenities, however surrounding area did not have much amenities or shops or stalls. There was a 7-11 about a 5-10minutes walk out to the main road. But otherwise quiet, peaceful retreat and a nice cosy place to relax.
