Great little house in a quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay very much. This quaint little house was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide a peaceful, serene vacation. Neighborhood was quiet and the house was just right. We enjoyed having the fenced in backyard so our two small pups could roam freely on potty breaks. Only a few minutes drive to local attractions or downtown Chattanooga. 100% would recommend!

Weekend In Chattanooga
The home is settled just far enough to be peaceful and quiet but close enough you can drive to any popular destination in 10 minutes or less! We stayed here due to close proximity to The Venue for a wedding and it was perfect! Stunning kitchen, lovely finishes throughout. Wonderful backyard to relax.

GREAT location!
This property is less than 5 minutes from the highway. Easy 10 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. Quiet neighborhood. They have a Keurig! Wonderful outdoor spaces and indoor spaces are made for family time. If you're on the fence, book it!

Clean, cozy, and convenient to everything!
This house was a great home base for our week-long stay. It's a quick drive to downtown, hiking trails, and Lookout Mountain. It's also close to a nice Walmart in the event you forgot to pack anything. My husband and I are remote workers, so we enjoyed the high speed Internet, and our dogs loved the spacious yard. The property owners were quick to answer questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend, especially if you're traveling with pets!

Fantastic Base Camp
We stayed here for a week with a 3yr old and 5yr old and used as a base camp to explore the area and even Northern Alabama. The central location is fantastic and the house is the perfect size for us. Loved how the house was decorated well but not with a bunch of breakables that I needed to immediately move. Great place and would definitely recommend.

Quiet and pleasant
The house was exactly as described and better. With so many false listings out there it’s hard to make an accurate decision. I reached out to the owners to ask about distance to the convention center they responded within minutes. Everything was confroble and quiet. Definitely will be my place to stay when I visit for leisure.

Great location and clean comfortable home
This was the perfect place for our Chattanooga trip with the family. We were conveniently located close to everything and still on a quiet, safe street. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and kids to play. The property owners were so easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!!

All the way from Nebraska
Another amazing stay in a beautiful home! Location is private and quiet, easily able to travel to Chattanooga's lively city and sites. This property easily accommodated 5 adults. The front porch and back patio were a true asset on a 55 degree day for grilling out and spending time with family. Once again our hosts were amazing.

Great Place to Stay with Pups
This house was a perfect place to stay. We were there over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised when we entered to see the house decorated complete with tree! Just awesome. House was super clean. Very large fenced in yard with easy access from door and kitchen. Great outdoor space. Inside was very well appointed and primary bathroom was massive. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend with or without pups.

Beautiful little house amazing backyard

Nice and comfortable house.
We had a little trouble getting in but the property manager was very helpful. The lock was just different from what we were used to. The house was stocked very well and was nice. Everything was great. We had Thanksgiving with our daughter and enjoyed Rock City together. It was a good location. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful Pick
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was a cute and clean house close to all things Chattanooga. It doesn't have the backyard view I had in mind as it has close neighbors on all sides but that is truly the only negative thing I could say about this property. We will stay again when we visit the beautiful town of Chattanooga.

Great house in perfect location!
This house and yard were perfect for our group of 4 adults and our dogs. The yard was large, plenty of room for the dogs to run off energy and the adults enjoyed the fire pit. We absolutely loved how close it was to everything yet it was still in a quiet area. We were able to enjoy a lot more of Chattanooga than we thought.

The house is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to downtown and the mountains. House was accurately listed, however beds were on the small side. The attention to details starter items and customer service were incredible. Highly recommend this rental.

Great stay!
This property is exactly as described. What amazed us the most was how welcoming it was - these hosts thought of everything! They had condiments in the fridge, lots of amenities in the bathroom, fire sticks in the TVs and lots of toys for our kids in their entertainment center. This was so appreciated! Great location. Near enough to attractions but distant enough for peace & quiet. We would recommend this listing and use it again!

Perfect Spot
We had the best time at TN Delight. The house had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect spot for my family, and the icing on the cake was getting to bring our dog as well. We were so excited about the fenced in yard. We spent our mornings playing in the backyard, and when it was time to go explore, we loved that everything was less than 15 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Space to Relax!
We stayed one night and found the experience to be perfect! The house is easy to get to off the highway and had everything we needed. Our pups enjoyed running around the huge fenced yard and the yard is a nice place to just sit and relax. We would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again on our next road trip!

The house is everything and then some as described in the ad. Moose, our dog enjoyed, the fenced in yard. Beautiful cottage with loads of character!
We stayed here while visiting family and will definitely stay again! The house was just as described and had everything we needed and more. Beautiful fenced yard, BBQ pit, fire pit, and patio furniture-everything us south Louisiana folks needed! Inside was welcoming and clean with all of the amenities we could ask for including pamphlets of all the attractions. Easy to find, lots of off street parking, and a front porch made for drinking your morning coffee. Very convenient to all Chattanooga has to offer. We will certainly stay again!

Close to everything and great for families.
The location was in a cozy, quiet & safe neighborhood and was close to all of the local attractions that we wanted to visit. It is an easy drive into the city and a quick drive up to Point Park, Rock City or Ruby Falls. The house was super clean, newly remodeled and everything worked perfectly. It was very comfortable. We were especially pleased with it because we travelled with our two children (ages 6 & 3), and we appreciated that there is a playground 2 or 3 blocks up the street, a Walmart a mile or two away for things we ran out of or forgot, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fenced in backyard was a plus as well. We did not want to leave. We very highly recommend this property.

Perfect Weekend with the Dogs!

Cute House
We stayed here for a couple nights while in Tennessee with some friends! The house was perfect! Super clean and in a cute little neighborhood! The house was close to everything (Ruby Falls, The Incline, Rock City), while also being away so that it wasn't loud or crazy traffic! Would definitely stay again whenever we come back to Chattanooga!

First Time in Chattanooga
The house was very clean and had a large backyard and parking area. The front porch was also really nice. It rained a lot while we were in town but, luckily, Ruby Falls is even better when it is raining. We checked out Raccoon Mountain as well which was pretty neat. We saw a bald eagle, hawk, and osprey while up there. If you like cats, the Naughty Cat Cafe (not a strip club) is very relaxing. Chattanooga is definitely a cool place to see and the house was perfect for what we needed.

You can tell when owners take pride in their property and enjoy what they do. This little house was perfect for 4 adults. It was exactly like the photos and was spotless. Every detail for a pleasant stay was addressed. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials - plenty of pots and pans to include all coordinating lids, the towels were plush in the bathrooms, there was extra linen, blankets and pillows for both beds. There was even plenty of literature on local dining and tour options. Truly, every detail was impressive. I would not hesitate a minute to highly recommend this house for a vacation rental.

Father - Daughter Outing
My dad and I spent the weekend in Tennessee for our annual Father/Daughter trip. We had a great time exploring all the attractions that were literally only 5 minutes from the cottage. this place was exceptional; the location was amazing as it was tucked away in a small residential area, it was clean and exactly as described on their listing. It was conveinent to Walmart, Hardees, Taco Bell, Sonic, Wendy's and Jack's - so either grabbing a quick bite or shopping for cooking its all right there within a mile from the house; this started off our trip perfectly since we grabbed some items to cook our first meal in; and stock up for b'fast. Secondly, the place was easy access to downtown or Lookout Mt., all the places we had wanted to visit. I can't say enough about it just setting off the main access ways of the I-24 and other local roadway but being so quiet in the small setting. The communications with the group was quick and easy; always available. BLUF: We'll definitely use this place again when traveling through the area vice using a hotel...

Pictures are exactly what you get. Very nice property. Everything is within 15-30 minutes away. Restaurants and even Walmart are 3/4 of a mile away but you would never know it if you didn’t know where they were. Great stay and very convenient. Property owners were very easy to talk with and had excellent recommendations for restaurants, etc
