As far as the towel rack not being close enough to the shower, unfortunately the way they configured the bathrooms presented a challenge for the towel racks to be closer. Good afternoon Ma'am,Please accept my apologies for your unpleasant experience with us during your recent stay. Ma'am, we are scheduled for a renovation over the next few months. As far as your issue with the shuttle service, I wish to apologize for that as well. Not making any excuses but sometimes the shuttles can be a bit challenging. We offer shuttle service 24 hours; however, during peak times at the airport, the turnaround time can vary from 15 to 20 minutes (traffic pending). Unfortunately, due the high demand of our shuttle service, we do require you call us once you've landed so that we can get a shuttle to you as soon as possible. I'm going to look to see when associate checked you in because we have total control on being professional and if for some reason we were not, then I need to address that with the staff.
