Thanks again for choosing our home. Things do break sometimes and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We did refund the guest $50. The HOA is treating the area this week and the washer has been fixed We try to give people a great place to stay for a great value.

Hi Debra, sorry to hear about your stay. We have not had any issues in the last. I had the housekeeper replace the back up towels. We had new ones so not sure why the back ups got put out. The dishwasher is only 3 years old, but we ran a cleaning cycle to ensure there were no issues. We also just upgraded all the floors downstairs to LVP. We had painted and done the bathroom floors and cabinets last year. We will look into the internet issues. We have 400mb service and smart tvs, so not sure the problem. The garbage outside is only picked up once a week so it may have had trash in it from previous people, but we empty it every week. We had the housekeeper do a deep clean under the cabinets and such. Hi Elizabeth, Thanks for choosing our home. With the trash we just ask that guests take the trash to the outside trash can by back porch. Sometimes our housekeeper doesn’t come till the next day so we don’t want food and trash sitting inside the home. We’ve never kept a deposit.
