Everything was perfect for the price that was paid. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the pool was closed upon arrival.

We had to go to the desk 3 times to get the key straight. The room had trash cans sitting in the chair and on the desk. The cushion for the chair was sitting up straight, we had no idea why, so we didn’t touch it. We were awoken at 1 am by someone trying to get in. Then the front desk showed up asking for id. They had put us in the wrong room!!!! We were wide awake, so we left. Now waiting to see if we get a refund.

My reservation was cancelled by the Hotel. I've already been refunded through Expedia. I did not stay there until April 22nd. I stayed 2 nights and left. Im still waiting on the hotel to refund my $100 deposit.

There is no elevator, and we were on the second floor with large suitcases. Would not have booked here if we’d known there was no elevator. The stairwell was disgusting; the door to the second floor was grimy and slammed every time it was used. Upon arriving in our room, the sheets were clean, but mattresses were filthy, we killed multiple bugs, the TV malfunctioned, and there was staining on the walls. The carpet felt weird and sticky or crunchy almost. The AC worked well though. The bathroom had recently been used to color someone’s hair bright pink. The walls, floor, and tub were filthy, and that’s not including the bright pink stains. The included breakfast was coffee, some apples, and bagels; I did not try the coffee, but my untoasted bagel was hard. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.
