First of all, didn't know it was a hotel, always got a house with vrbo. Waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk only to find out that the 2 bedroom, 2 bath room I paid in advance for was not available. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to other devices I brought along on my trip. The Wi-Fi only connected to my phone, and the TVs were difficult to operate.

To say this is a newer place it was not clean in the rooms. The pull out couch was nasty and had a lot of spots on it. Also the chairs at the table were dirty. The floors need to be mopped better. They need to make sure they deep clean these rooms.

I was pleased with this property. Close to downtown and plenty of restaurants choices nearby. Approximately a 15 minute drive from carowinds. Would definitely stay again the next time I’m in the area.
