Located within 5 minutes’ walk of Chamonix centre, this beautiful balcony apartment provides a timeless holiday base for those looking to enjoy a well-rounded ski break or walking holiday.

Internally, the cosy living room features a flat screen TV and sofa, alongside an open plan Kitchen for 4. A covered outdoor balcony with bistro dining set provides an effortless flow for entertaining.

Groups can easily prepare homemade meals at their leisure; with an oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge provided.

Moving on from the bright and inviting reception, is a lovely Master bedroom with 1 Double bed, a wardrobe and ambient bedside lights.

For extra guests and children staying, a single sofa bed with Single pull out bed for 2 can be used in the Living room. A modern shower room completes the internal layout of this fabulous and carefree holiday retreat.

The 5th floor apartment features to a residence which offers lift access.

Location-

Situated along ‘Place Desailloud’, guests are only a 5-minute stroll away from central Chamonix. Ideal for self-catering ski breaks, the resort boasts a wealth of winter sport pursuits, and a weekly local food market with plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to keep the kitchen cupboards stocked up.

A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.

In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.

The tree-top climbing Accro Adventure Park and rock climbing crag in Lac des Gaillands are both 5 minutes’ drive away; enabling families and avid outdoor fans to enjoy some more adrenaline-fuelled moments during their stay.

From the charming holiday retreat, Geneva Airport is just 74 minutes’ drive away, via the A40.

L'appartement est agréable pour sa surface et son agencement et sa petite terrasse avec une belle vue sur le Mont Blanc. Mais gros point noir : situé au-dessus de cafés-restaurants, beaucoup de bruit chaque soir jusqu'à une heure avancée de la nuit !!! Dommage !
